I'm thrilled with the game, despite bugs
Intel core i3-8100 @3.6, 16 gb ram, very old EVGA geforce gtx 960. I get 30-45 fps, but a few dips to 15 I was blown away when I got to Night City. I love the environments, day/night cycles, the hustle and bustle of the city, the way the NPC's do a great job at background chatter and the illusion of cyberpunks city-world. It's the most amazing city, building, and npc experience I've had in a game to date. I love exploring the buildings, and have never seen so much attention to detail to every place you step into. It's fun to stop and sight-see. I'm also continually amazed at the seamless way random encounters are integrated into broken down side-roads, litle turnouts on the streets, adjacent buildings, shanty towns, gang terf, etc. And the quest system has been fluid and flawless so far. I'm enjoying the stat and level up system, as well as the way talents are chosen, and I think different specs on different playthroughs will be quite different. I like that your skills associated with stats level up as you use them independent of your talent choices. This means so far every weapon I come across is usable to me if I want. The stealth system has been fun, takedowns, options for lethal or non-lethal, and body hiding are all robust. Vast array of clothing, looks, colors, loot, cars to drive and buy. The car system is basically like playing GTA. Now the Bad. Most have been harmless or funny, so I guess I'm a lucky one. Absolutely horrible cop system(early GTA.) # and type instaspawn behind you based on # stars, always shoot to kill, very easy to accidentally trigger. Had a cop literally jump into the street in front of me. 1 CtD after 3 days play memory leak after long play lots of minor bugs prevent junk component pickup mobs glitch through walls sometimes cars sunk sometimes need controller for car (though button hints swap flawlessly between console/pc) needs gun balance(shottys meh so far, mob hp bal assumes headshots) netrunners hack you through walls
