Console problems are not PC problems

There has been a lot of news surrounding this game (unfortunalty mostly negative), and I think that scares a lot of people when deciding to buy this game. I did not have any performance issues at all, sure the game doesn't hit 144 fps 1080p on max settings using an RTX 2070, but the graphics are unlike anything I have ever seen! And while there are some bugs, most are minor and will be patched in the comming months. I only had to reload my game twice in my entire playthrough (52 hours at the time of writing), and it did not stop me from enjoying the world and story. The biggest problem right now is the console versions, but on PC most of the issues which can be seen online are not present. So sure, give CDPR all the critisisim for those console versions, but in mean time enjoy the PC version, or wait a few weeks for the biggest bugs to get fixed on PC.

Underdeveloped but can be breathtaking

As of writing this review for CP2077, I am about 70 hours into my first playthrough of the game and by god sometimes the visuals, soundtrack, voice acting, and immersion are blended just right but there are issues. Pros: Amazing Soundtrack Character Models Lighting Effects Storyline Cons: Framerate drops Texture Glitches - anyone have their V's junk just hanging out for the world to see even with clothes on? Floating chopsticks with Jackie? Combat system - the enemy AI is quite broken and can pixel peek you exactly from anywhere or can just be dumb as rocks. Really hit or miss. Guns feel very clunky and not smooth at all. Enemy Spawns - at times when I'm about to clear a crime scene and I get detected by the last enemy, the very last one, regardless if I KO them or not the game magically spawns in 3-6 new enemies for you to take on. You'd better be prepared samurai as they can two shot you almost instantly! Secondly, there's the issue with police spawns. You may have already seen some footage on this but in essence they spawn literally instantly and can wreck you just as fast. Do not mess with the police! Consumable usage - Would at times bug/freeze and couldn't use items Vehicles Crime/Star System - Literally if you get too many stars the game spawns in turrets/police/literally anything to kill you instantly. No crime spree for you in Night City. What'd you think this was, Los Santos? Crafting/Upgrade System - In my playthrough I'd initially invested heavily on technical ability and intelligence but in my playthrough I literally did not find an instance in which I needed to upgrade a weapon I already had in my inventory because literally within minutes of doing some kind of mission some Street Thug is gonna have a weapon that's better than the one that you just got. Literally just kill and loot for the stat better weapons, there is no point to upgrading or crafting since you need INSANE amounts of materials just for a SINGLE upgrade or weapon craft.

Ignoring the hype, this is a great game

I'm going to not mention bugs here, as it's still less than a month after release so bugs are only temporary, and on top of that I didn't actually experience that many when I played, or hinder my enjoyment when I played. I really enjoyed this game. I feel a little let down by the main plot, as it's pretty boring, though there are still some really great high points due to just how well the characters are written and portrayed. The game also is a little too much like the new Deus Ex games for it's own good, in that it tries to do much of the same stealth and hacking, but doesn't quite do it as well meaning a lot of the stealth options are just "go in side door," instead of "hack computer to get map, use map to find vent shaft, use vent shaft to get into security room and unlock all doors." With that said I still love this game. Even though the main plot is pretty boring, some of the side plots are deserving of a game all to themselves! The gameplay feels fun, and the variety of weapons keeps things fresh throughout the entire playthrough. It's a very well designed world, and just driving around in the city is something I enjoyed immensly. I can't wait to start my second playthrough

Game is over hyped.

Its usual game, nothing special about it and its way over hyped. 1. Graphics is disappointment. 2. bugged and so on, and so on I would not recommend it to anybody.

tons of bugs

190hrs of in the game play but most of it is me got bored after getting game-breaking or annoying glitches or and try to reload the previous saves over and over til eventually got to sleep on the chair, well done CDPR having faint in you and intentionally order via GOG so that you get more despit the fact that I normally buy games on steam and my first order from your platform got me fooled. DISAPPOINTED SO BAD and you're screwed BIG TIME
