Hey, check this out choom. This is the most preem BD that I've seen whole year, thing is pure nova! I don't know the detes but seems like the ancient versions of both Arasaka PS and Militech XB are having troubles running this BD and people want their eddies back. I'm afraid those gonks might zero the editor :/ Anyway, I don't care about those corpo rigs as we have our custom-made ones here, right choom? Like I said it's a preem experience and believe me you won't regret reliving that. Alright I'm gonna delta now, good night & good luck!
(I own the game on Steam, 74.9 hrs on record)
I loved the world design and artistic vision, I loved the blood-pupin music - I fell in love with the storyline and the characters it involed. The vision that the developer had in mind was just perfect and had hit me harder than the overall Withhcer 3 experience. I do really hope that the future for this game will be patches that will polish up game optimalization and bugs - and after that we will get an update that will give us some additional mechanics and storytelling. I really do love the universum and would love to see more stories in it. I keep my fingers crossed for that!
This is a must-have game.
Amazing atmosphere.
Very good story.
Different ways to complete the missions.
Good mechanics.
Runs smoothly on a GeForce GTX 980 and pentium i5, after two patches and some settings adjustments, updated drivers and windows on game mode.
Even *if* CDPR fix all the bugs--a Herculean effort, considering that it's a mess on PC and apparently far worse on consoles, that you should not and cannot take for granted will ever happen--Cyberpunk 2077 is still only a mediocre game for me. There's so many things that just feel half-baked or even downright poorly designed altogether. As a completely average game underneath its technical issues, I think *if* it gets fixed--yes, it'd be worth playing, it's not *terrible* by any means, but absolutely not for its current price. A lot of other reviewers are praising various specific elements, in particular its story and writing, but I honestly didn't think any particular part of the game was all that great in and of itself.
For me the game is simply a resounding disappointment. I wasn't a huge Witcher fan; that series simply wasn't my cup of tea, I'll happily admit. Nevertheless I still respected CDPR immensely prior to this, for the craft that went into that series, and their ethics and morals as a company (relative to the rest of the gaming industry, at any rate). Following this omnishambles, however, that goodwill has gone completely. I honestly don't know how much I really want to go on supporting GOG either now. Releasing the game in this state is bad enough without everything else (e.g. they way they covered up the travesty that is the game's myriad issues on the base consoles), and to that end I'm really disappointed by everyone online (including in this comment section) saying bugs and issues are to be expected from any such new release. No, when paying full price, a complete, working product is to be expected.
I hope the irony is not lost on CDPR for releasing such an anti-corporate game despite their own practices during the development and marketing of this game. "100% of your money goes to CDP"--they're a company, not a charity. And when a company behaves like this, why would you want to support them even more?
