What a..

disastrous launch. I honestly think the game should've been delayed for a lot longer, after i've played it in it's current state. The story and the gameplay is good, nothing more, nothing less. But the game has numerous game-breaking bugs like 'V' getting stuck in objects or in animations (takedown for example), Jackie (companion) getting killed in the middle of a mission aso. The optimization is nonexistent.. People with high end systems (myself included( get 50-60 fps in Night City, no matter if the graphics settings are set to low/high and RT on/off. The GPU utilization sits at around 50-60%. Hopefully a patch can fix it, and i'll gladly adjust my rating. But as it is right now, i actually regret buying the game on launch day, but that's on me.

For me no open Word, no RPG

I really have no idea what cdpr was thinking with this game - it feels like everything that was praised so highly before is not found in the game, except for the incredibly perfect graphics. You don't have the remotest feeling that you can somehow influence your character or develop him in a certain direction. At no time did I feel like I was in an open world, the city actually looks exactly the same everywhere, which is why you never know where you are. NPCs all behave exactly the same and you can't really do anything except repetitive flat side jobs and the main story. There are very rarely dialogues in which you have a choice of how to proceed. And as everyone already mentioned, bugs everywhere, nothing that stops you from playing, but it often breaks the immersion.

Literally unplayable

I can't even enter the game after the latest update. I've tried multiple solutions and "fixes", yet the game keeps crashing again and again. I can't believe CDPR decided to release the game in this literally unplayable state. Congratulations CDPR. You might have earned an absolutely insane amount of money from your 8 million preorders, but you've lost all of your consumers trust and goodwill to your brand. I hope it was worth it.

Cyberpunk 2001

As a game it is not bad per se and I do not regret the purchase, but many parts of the game are really bad. The 1st Act was very promising entertaining but after that it is just a sandbox action open-world game with dozen generic quests, all delivered by generic phone calls. The plot is ok but the story telling is ridiculous. The opponents do not have any role in the game except the very last mission. The world seems great at first glance and is full of people but in reality is the most static world I have ever seen in the last 10 years. Nothing changes without exception and if you skip time, NPCs and cars stay on the exact same spot. Larger side quets are ok (Panam, Kerry, Rogue, etc.), nothing special, but the others are very antiquated: Call person X, go to the target position, eleminate the enemies or talk to some person. What bothers me the most is that it is not an RPG at all, but most of the time a bad action game. Explosions and animations are partly very out-dated and during showdowns you fight waves of enemies... It starts with eliminate 0/20 enemies. Next target, eliminate 0/10 enemies. Next target, eliminate 0/5 enemies. WTF, so this is Cyberpunk 2077?!?!? A lot of the game felt like GTA3 except that in this game the police is dumber than in GTA1. Unfortunately no joke! I can think of dozens of other points, but obviously this game was abused and quickly thrown on the market for the Christmas season. You should consider renaming CD Projects to Woodman Projects and release a "Evelyn Parker"-special edition of the game.
