Mixed opinions

While I can understand why some people do not find this game great, either due to the bugs or simply the game itself, I have been having quite a good time with it. The world of Cyberpunk was fantastic and I do not believe I have experienced such a "living" city as Night City in a game, also CDPR certainly didn't skip on the graphics. The story was decent as I nowhere doing my playthrough felt a mission was a chore, even the side missions were engaging as I often could do them in different playstyles (guns-blazing, slice'n'dice or stealth). However, I did stumple upon a few bugs which varied between game-breaking to simply comical. It was, of course, annoying to have to return to the main menu due to a bug but I simply took it as a sign for me to take a break. The crafting system quickly gets tedious when having to craft multiple items and the perks are quite boring. But... despite all of this I will still give it 5 stars, as I have had a marvelous time in Cyberpunk clocking nearly 100 hours as of 30/12/20, but I would not recommend it as it's current state is that of a beta.

Amazing game

Yes, it has some annoying bugs, but the story, gameplay and visuals are so good that you'll forget about the bugs right away. I'm so disappointed by the community - spoiled baby whiners.

I want more!

A 10/10 game in an 8/10 state. Full of bugs and needing some improvements here and there like crafting multiple items at once, better journal navigation, etc. But technical issues and launch fiasco aside, this is a PHENOMENAL game. Just what I expected, A "The Witcher 3"-like RPG set in a Cyberpunk world and even better. I would like some choices to feel more impactful and I hope this is better explored in upcoming expansions. That said, after more than 120 hours and exploring all possible endings (including the secret one!) I still want more. I haven't had this feeling for a long long time with a video game.

Honestly, very happy experience overall.

So I'm now around 35 hours into the game and feel like I've experienced most of the mechanics of the game. Graphics are astounding. With everything on ultra it looks just like the marketing material. Bustling streets full of cars, sidewalks and alleys packed with huge varieties of different faces, bodies and fashions was mesmerising to watch. Love just strolling around busy markets and alleys checking out all the crazy fashion and styles all bathed in glorious neons that made me feel like I was walking in the fashion precinct of a major Asian city. As I find other parts of the city I'm always blown away by the variety of architecture and the detail they've put into these seemingly obscure places. Genuinely impressed with the look and sound of this game. Totally enthralling. No random dialogue though. Crafting/upgrading is really clunky. There are fixed controls that are not even mentioned anywhere, so a fair bit of googling to start with. Big opportunity missed in the games 'leisure' side too. The TV content is rubbish and Brain dances are a mission only thing, so you can't just go buy one. What a shame! I must be one of the lucky few, but I experienced less bugs and glitches than many other major game launches of the last few years. So far, in total I've had three progression/dialogue bugs, the fix for all was simply to load the last quick or auto save and it worked from there. Cost me a total of 5 minutes. Had almost no graphical glitches beyond a white flash a couple of times. I've really enjoyed the story but I'm a sucker for sci-fi. Love the variety of characters and enjoyed the main missions so far. It was enough to draw me in and become invested. I just plain got emotional at one point! I'm not going to say it's the greatest story ever told, but it's got enough to hook you in. I think between the decent story and the impressive vibe/visuals, it's one of the few games in a number of years to really grab and hold me. Gives me strong Deus Ex feels.

Good game

This game is great, need a patch or 2 cause of little bugs here and there and then all sould be ok. Also, i'm 100% sure that CP will adress the issue with cops in this game but overall, a fantastic game.
