Garbage! Avoid!
This game is not working and should not have been realeased. Frequent and varied crashes to desktop make this an unplayable experience and months-long wait times in GOG's support queue means you can't get a refund either. I won't be buying any more CDProjekt Red games on launch and I won't be buying anything from the GOG store again at all.

Addictive, gorgeous, yet flawed
(Note that I have played this only after the 1.5 patch). I avoided buying this game for a long time due to the hate it received, and the bugs, missing features that were promised, and glitchy broken state it was in. So i went into this with low expectations. I gotta say that after 95hrs of playtime I REALLY like this game. Night city is one of the most gorgeous game worlds ever created. The lighting, buildings, and cyberpunk style is just gorgeous to behold, and they knocked it out the park graphically. The gameplay is not really what I would describe as a rpg. More like a action fps game with light rpg elements. As a matter of a fact the game doesn't feel like a rpg at all. The life paths don't matter as much as they should and you can definitely tell they are unfinished and is a huge missed opportunity. Your v has the same personality no matter if they are a street kid or a corpo and the dialogue choices are so meaningless it was very disappointing. Don't go into this expecting v's origin to be as deep, and fleshed out as the origins in dragon age origins are for example. The builds you can make for your v from net runner to guns blazing to kitana build, blunt weapons build, mantis blade build, and even unarmed build makes the level of fun you can have very flexible and versatile, and I had a ton of fun gameplay wise. The guns feel punchy and satisfying to use, the kitana feels precise, and cut through enemies like butter from slicing off limbs, to beheading. The story is VERY well done, and I found myself engaged from beginning to end but it is way to short. Of course if you take the time to do side quests then the game is very long, but if you choose just to do the main story the game is very Short and you will be shocked it's over. Most of the bugs are patched out and I only experienced very bad visual bugs using a hdd so I strongly recommend using a SSD if you have one. Overall it's definitely worth $30.

The best game I ever played. I started to play second time and I'm amazed I missed so many things in game. Different choices makes game different.

Masterpiece!
Graphics are amazing Gameplay easy to learn hard to master Great story The so called bugs are now not so game breaking. Thank you CD PROJEKT RED, for the game! im sorry for the work conditions you had to put a lot of workers to deliver us this masterpiece in time. I think we all should learn a lesson from this, I sincerly wish a future where you dont have pressure form investors to deliver dates that are not reasonable. I think this game will be like skyrim, easy to play a lot of fun, gliches that made the game unique and a good mood comunity. Keep it up
