Great game, needs more work.

Below all the bugs. And there are many. There is a fantastic game here. My first play through, lasted about 45hrs. And i did most of the sidequests that are given to you. There where world missions and events i could do also but looks like 35-40hrs is going to be the fair standard for completing the core game and side content. The game promised much and we got about 70% of it, and much is still undercooked. The game needed months more of polish, but unfortunately corporate pushed it early, funny considering the message of the game, CDP SA is acting pretty corpo here. I did not come across any game breaking bugs, or crash bugs, and on my modest hardware runs well. But its the little UI glitches and stuff floating, and animations bugging and vehicle pop in and out and how little life is in the amazing city they built. Hopefully it all shapes up during 2021 to what we should have gotten now. And the MP and DLC really deliver on the hype. For the record my setup is 1080p. 15 7600k 1070 16gb hyperX ram WD black HDD. Windows 10.

Amazing Game! But Needs Lots of Work.

First things first, this game is a lot of fun. There's a lot to explore and the level design is very nice. However I feel some areas are completely unfinished or rushed. Lots of bugs like models being stuck on their LOD for a short amount of time, even when you're right next to them. Lots of audio bugs, such as calls losing their filtering or people next to you having the call filter even though you're not on the phone with them. Some areas I've noticed severe framedrops going way below 30fps even though I can run my RTX on Ultra in most areas. Most issues can be fixed by reloading a save or restarting the game. The fact that your clothing is locked behind stats is pretty annoying because you can't dress up your character to look nice. It's either look nice and have horrible stats or look terrible and mix-matched in clothing and have good stats. Also complaint I have is something I don't understand at all, which is lack of customization for cars, your apartment, hair, etc... You can look in the mirror, but can't do anything. Would make sense to me to allow you to customize some of your appearance in a mirror. The story is really good, and I love the characters and voice acting for every character. + Great Story + Great Characters + Amazing Level Design + Beautiful cyberpunk aesthetic + Great soundtrack (Black/Death Metal Station is god tier) + Amazing graphics (when they work) + Keanu Reeves - Lack of Customization (especially for an RPG) - Very Buggy (you've seen them before if you're looking into getting this game) - Not much variation in NPCs or cars (will see a lot of the same people and cars A LOT) - Not as advertised at all (more like GTA and Watch Dogs)

Very Good

Very good experience with GeForce Now. 37 hours later only 4 bugs. The story is good, Night City is beautiful and huge, the characters behave normally. I regret two things : - 1st person view, I prefer 3rd person view - Only 4 romances : 2 straight (male/female), 1 gay and 1 lesbian

Great game! (needs work though)

If you're not into beta testing games, you should wait a bit before buying Cyberpunk 2077. The game has been released, with quite a few bugs. Sometimes I can't run, sometimes I can't sprint, sometimes a quest gets stuck, sometimes stuff is floating in mid air. All bugs I've also experienced when playing GTA V, Skyrim, Fallout 4 or other open world games... With that said, and inspite of all the bugs - this games is awesome! It is - or atleast will be - every bit as good as Witcher 3. The stories are well written, the acting is the best I've ever seen, graphics are gorgeous, sound and music is soo good, and the world - Omg the world. The game has atmosphere like no other I've tried. (And yeah you can pet the cat) But it doesn't stop there. I find myself wandering or driving around in this amazing world, trying to take it all in.

Minor issues but overall, Exellent!

I'm a huge fan of futuristic body augmentation and being able to enhance my character all kinds of crazy ways. I love the freedom you get in cyberpunk to be who you want and do what you like. The level of detail is amazing and I can't wait to jump back in. It really feels like the next step in the RPG genre. However, there are some issues with the game- -Texture loading issues with vehicles and people on the street+ pop-ins. - Many examples of pedestrians T-posing. -Dialoge that isn't prompted correctly. -Would be nice if there was more variation to the people of the city (I.E. not everyone cowers from combat and runs away, there should be people with access to the same or similar cybernetics as V that aren't just bad guys and mercs.) -I would also love to see more little shops and activities/minigames/travel options. Little things to make it even more immersive. These are mostly minor hiccups and nitpicks though and they aren't much of a bother for me anyways. My biggeest gripe with the game is no new game plus mode which I view as an essential feature in RPG's as big and intracate as this. However, I'm familiar with CD Red and their other games (who isn't?) so I know most of these issues are being worked on and will be fixed in no time. I'm sure they'll release a bunch of free updates and stuff too just to make up for the rocky launch.
