Alpha Protocol

This came out 5 months before New Vegas from what i can remember and well the reception was mixed. With that being said I'm glad GOG somehow managed to preserve and make it available again, this one sadly passed me by during the 360/PS3 era but like VMB gained a cult following and after playing through it multiple times i can honestly tell you this is an underrated diamond. Honestly, this game feels like a peak Bioware game, with an Obsidian spin and so much B movie energy! Buy this game, It's honestly the closest thing to a Bond Mass effect your going to get.

Never though I get to play Alpha Protocol again this time with cloud saves, achievements and have it drm free

These classic games are the true staple of GOG. This is what get's me excited. more so than the new releases. Next up give us Condemed Criminal Origins.

I own this on Steam and have done since a couple of years after it came out. Sure it's not the most polished game, yes there are bugs but they are definitely worth over looking to play the game. My brother refused to play it for years despite me nagging him to play it and when he started playing and found out he could do things no other game let him, could dress how he wanted and could wear a dumb big bushy beard, a woolly hat and a Hawaiian shirt he was sold. You can even play the game a second time and gain the ability to do what we all wish the secret agent could do and that is the ability to complete both impossible tasks while looking like a bad ass. Sadly with the rights to the game in such a quagmire, there will likely never be a sequel or a remaster, so thank you GOG / CD Projekt for bringing this game to countless more players.

I'm in the middle of playing through the Descent series at the moment, but I set aside a couple of hours to give this classic a try. It works excellently, well done GOG. Truly, good work, this is exactly why GOG is my primary game store now. The game itself is as good as I remember it being, I'm 100% certain that the work of GOG and the team have helped align the re-release with my rose tinted view on history. Again, thank you GOG, in the world of subscription based models you are the true heroes.
