Hey there! I'm not writing this comment expecting the game to have a chance to be revived on GOG (even if I would be delighted if so), because we are talking about an ex title from Ubisoft, which requires servers for multiplayer... I know it's unlikely, compared to the competition. Nevertheless! There are so many things I want to share, and so few characters! GRP was my first multiplayer online shooter, and although I'm probably quite biased thanks to the nostalgia, I'm still pretty sure it was exceptional in many regards. For me, it was mainly the gamefeel and atmosphere (music was top-notch), the freedom of movement (running, crouching, climbing, sliding, crawling, shoulder switch, smooth cover system...), the variety of weapon, the techs (big fan of Cloak even if most dismiss it as not very useful), most of the map and their design, the intense fighting (thankfully the respawn time wasn't too long, I was a bit reckless) and the tactical teamplay. I guess the only things I regret is how the monetization restricted the future of the game; and not playing with friends more. A few friends introduced me to the game, but they all stopped pretty quickly. So even though we made a clan, I barely had occasions to actually train or planify with a team before starting a match. Anyway, anyway. GRP is definitely in my top 5 of all the games I ever played, I really miss it, I still dream about it, and I know quite a few others also do (there is an independent project looking into how to revive it, and a surprising amount of ex-players have manifested their interest). I also believe GRP had everything in terms of gameplay to go much bigger, and that a lot of people have no idea of this game they would have absolutely loved. I hope some day those people will get the occasion to discover and enjoy it. Still hoping, still believing. Also, if you ever read this, even though you probably all had other game projects: thanks to all of you developers who made GRP what it was.

Dying Light: The Beast has no Denuvo, and it appears to have been cracked already. I see no reason not to have it here. This game also doesn’t come with microtransactions, because Techland learned from their mistakes.

Not usually one for lesbian/bi adult visual novels but this story kept me coming back again and again. The main love interest with childhood friend sold me on the game while seeing our little city girl come into her own in the big city is one that you have to see. Lastly, this is a Story of Art imitating life as our main girl is forced to stand against an abusive power just how adult visual novels are being targeted unjustly as a whole.

I have played many adult games over the years, I can count on one hand the ones that I was interested enough in the story to not just skip it to get to the adult scenes, of those few this is the only one where I have liked it enough to play it multiple times. The combat is not easy, do not make the mistake of thinking it is, but the way the story unfolds and the ways so many minor choices effects things is amazing to see in a game like this. I have been playing RPG's for decades and this one honestly has one of the most interwoven choice based stories with everything to do effecting the story that I have ever seen. I started playing this on a whim for the adult content but the story hooked me to the point that honestly became secondary.

I am quite familiar with licensed LEGO games especially LEGO Batman series. LEGO Batman 2 and LEGO DC Super-Villains are among my favorites!!! As soon as I first saw the announcement trailer for LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight. I was very hyped for the upcoming LEGO Batman game. The team wants to recreate as many iconic Batman moments as possible. We're going from comics to all forms of media adaptations. This is going to be pure Batman fan service at it's core!!!

This game was added as a freebie to my Nvidia graphics card. One of the best freebies ever. Later I got another copy, but didn't buy the GOTY edition sadly, that one is still missing in my collection. But a friend of mine who actually did buy it, gave me the soundtrack that came with it with tracks inspired by the game, and some written for the game but not used. I like this part better than the sequel, I like that it's so straight forward, in the second part they exagerated a bit with toys and enemies (clowns? ninjas?). The first sequence where you have to protect some guy on the street was nice, I repeated it until I perfected it. Some of the additional music from the "Lounge" that was added on a separated CD still has it's place on my mp3 player.

A lot of care was put into the art and character of this game. Everything was so intentionally beautiful and expressive. It was a shame that it died. Also l remember the elaborate party games people somehow were able to make functional in their intricately designed player housing. I haven't seen anything like that before or since.

I've worn through so many copies of CVX on PS2 by now, it came out when I was like 12. This game never gets old. I purchased all of GOG's other RE games upon release. This will be no different, fingers crossed it makes it's way to GOG. As with all the other pre RE4 games, I'm a sucker for the top down tank controls and old school survival horror themes and aesthetics. People hate on 0 and I love RE0 as well. CVX is special because it's extra long and unforgiving, full of memes within the community, and you can dual wield come on. This game would look great in the GOG collection. I covet this account more than my Steam account any day.

user avatar@jammi93
I first played Freelancer in 2006. I remember being absolutely captivated by the game, and at age 12, enthralled by the campaign. Of course, I also thought the game was punishingly hard, and eventually gave up on it after being repeatedly killed by Corsairs in Omega-41 I couldn't escape from. After a break and coming back later on, I found out I'd done this to myself, by not realising afterburners or engine kill existed. That was a real gamechanger. What turned Freelancer from a nostalgic memory of my childhood to my all-time favourite game was the online modding community. I started playing the Discovery mod in 2007, which is basically a full scale expansion pack that massively extends the game in the aftermath of the campaign. I jumped onto their hosted multiplayer server and started looking around the dozens of new systems and ships. It was a roleplay server with 200 concurrent players online, and that immediately hooked me. The game's lore and environment were suddenly transformed from an interesting backdrop to the inspiration that drives conflict for real players and factions in this magical MMO experience. I've been playing Discovery on and off for 18 years at this point (Jesus Christ) and the community there is still going strong, with multiple mod releases per year. If you want the 2025 Freelancer experience, I'd wholeheartedly recommend checking out the Freelancer HD Edition mod for a crisp campaign play-through, followed by the Discovery mod for a radically expanded game and multiplayer experience.

This game introduced me to the world of twisted & dark fairy tales. The story, the setting, the gameplay, the art style, the soundtrack - all incredible, especially for its time. I'd love to see this game, and its sequel, preserved DRM-FREE. If possible, I'd love to see an art book and the soundtrack being sold alongside the game!

Freelancer
FreelancerEight hundred years prior to the start of our story, bitter conflict divided all of mankind. A handful of colonists struck out on their own to begin anew - far away from the Earth and its turmoil. Several ships were launched with enough equipment and supplies to give the hundreds onboard a fighting chance - but since the area around far-off Sirius had never been surveyed, no one really knew what to expect. What they found was a new frontier of free-flowing natural resources, unexplored territories, great wonders and lurking dangers. Each ship, representing the clusters of people and their earthly place of origin, settled into different parts of the galaxy pre-selected by their ship-board computer to give them the best chance of survival. Life was hard in the beginning, but over the 800 years the different colonies prospered and expanded their territories, claiming more and more systems for their own. Survival and propagation eventually led to growth and profit as each of the colonies developed specialties and fostered commerce. As the colonies grew and time passed their connections with their roots on Earth dwindled and they lost their memories of the conflicts of the past. Soon their attention was dominated by new, more immediate conflicts. Feelings of lost ancestral connection spurred anachronism in the look of the great cities, and created a somewhat distorted image of each colony's cultural heritage. In the ever-expanding outer edge of the territories, frontier lawlessness prevailed. The Houses: Each shipboard colony that left Earth carried some memory of its origins in its name. The Liberty carried Americans, The Bretonia flew from The United Kingdom and surrounding territory, The Kusari from Asia, and the Rheinland launched with Germanic cargo. As each ship settled and colonies began to expand, they knew little about each other and their advancing development. Finally, little by little, the individual colonies found each other and began to set up trade routes to link their systems for commerce and solidarity. Today, with each colony firmly rooted in its respective corner of the galaxy, the colonies rely heavily on each other for trade and industry but also compete for resources and new territories in the Border Worlds. The colonies mandate member governments in "The New Alliance" within the Sirius sector. To control conflicts, each colony has forged alliances and treaties with others as they have grown. Competition remains fierce, however. Struggles rage for supremacy in business, commerce, resources, power and control. There can be tenuous peace between colonies' political agendas, but the grabs for holdings constantly unsettle the volatile frontier.

Crusader: No Regret™
Crusader: No Regret™
No Regret begins 46 hours after the events of No Remorse. The Silencer’s escape pod is picked up by a freighter that is headed to the WEC penitentiary mining facility on the Moon, where political dissidents and Resistance members are held. The mining operation there is the key to destabilizing the entire WEC structure from within, and this is why Chairman Draygan himself is overseeing the program. The Resistance has also managed to install a cell on the Moon and is trying to delay the Di-Corellium extraction as much as possible. All the pieces are in place and it is up to you to make the first move—and the last one.Compared to its predecessor, Crusader: No Regret is much more straightforward, and with a higher emphasis on action. This is by no means a bad thing, because sometimes good old-fashioned shotgun diplomacy is the right solution to the problem, and the Silencer is an unquestionable expert in this field. Votes: 1510

Quake
Quake
"You get the phone call at 4 a.m. By 5:30 you're in the secret installation. The commander explains tersely, "It's about the Slipgate device. Once we perfect these, we'll be able to use them to transport people and cargo from one place to another instantly. An enemy codenamed Quake, is using his own slipgates to insert death squads inside our bases to kill, steal, and kidnap. The hell of it is we have no idea where he's from. Our top scientists think Quake's not from Earth, but another dimension. They say Quake's preparing to unleash his real army, whatever that is."You're our best man. This is Operation Counterstrike and you're in charge. Find Quake, and stop him ... or it ... You have full authority to requisition anything you need. If the eggheads are right, all our lives are expendable."While scouting the neighborhood, you hear shots back at the base. Damn, that Quake bastard works fast! He heard about Operation Counterstrike, and hit first. Racing back, you see the place is overrun. You are almost certainly the only survivor. Operation Counterstrike is over. Except for you. You know that the heart of the installation holds a slipgate. Since Quake's killers came through, it is still set to his dimension. You can use it to get loose in his hometown. Maybe you can get to the asshole personally. You pump a round into your shotgun, and get moving."From the masterminds behind DOOM and Wolfenstein comes an FPS classic that will warp your world. Building on the successful elements that drew players to DOOM, Quake brings a more Gothic flavour to the FPS genre and, like its predecessor, has spawned copycats and sequels over the years. The game is also renowned for creating and popularising Machinima, as the game engine was used to create Machinima classic’s such as “The Diary of a Camper” and “The Seal of Nehahra”. This GOG release also contains the two expansions for this first installment, “Quake Mission Pack No. 1: Scourge of Armagon” and “Quake Mission Pack No. 2: Dissolution of Eternity”, bringing even more interdimensional horrors and weapons to your PC. Breath of Fire IV
Breath of Fire IV
In a far-away world, two continents float, separated by a vast swamp-land. For eons, no contact existed between the two continents because ships couldn’t sail across the expanse. At last, when the historic first contact was made between the two powers, war erupted! After long and costly fighting between the Fou Empire in the west and an alliance of countries in the east, both sides exhausted all their strength and resources. With no other alternative, the two powers agreed to an armistice. One year later, Princess Elina vanished. She had been traveling in the east from town to town, exploring battlegrounds and visiting war veterans. Her trail vanished in a small town near the front line. Nobody knew her whereabouts! The Eastern Alliance wanted to avoid sending a large army to the front. Such a move would be a political blunder, breaking the armistice and stirring up hostilities. It became impossible to carry out a large-scale search for Elina. Time passed... with no sign of the princess. Elina’s sister, Princess Nina, finally makes up her mind. She leaves on a journey in search of her sister – by herself. Ryu Ryu meets Nina while he is lying unconscious on a street in a desert town in the eastern continent. His race and native land are unknown. Ryu has a Dragon’s Eye, which empowers him with the amazing abilities to transform into a dragon and summon dragons. Nina The princess of Wyndia, a town of the Fae tribe (winged folk). Nina meets Ryu on her journey to seek her lost sister Elina. Though somewhat naïve, Nina is skilled in Healing magic. Scias A mercenary soldier, Scias was hired by the eastern side during the war. Scias becomes the party’s watcher. He is very quiet and aloof from the world. Scias can perform a powerful double attack with his sword. Cray A young leader of the Woren tribe (cat people) in the eastern alliance, Cray joins Nina to search for Princess Elina, his childhood friend. He has a strong sense of responsibility and acts as the leader of the party. His high offensive and defensive abilities are very dependable. Ershin Ershin wears completely sealed armor to protect her from any kind of curse. Since she wears the armor all the time, no one knows her real face or background. She meets the party in a mysterious place polluted by a curse and decides to join them. Ursula Ursula is a middle-class leader of the Fou Empire. She came to the eastern continent in search of dragons, and meets up with Ryu and his companions. Ursula was brought up in the military, and knows very little about worldly concerns. She is excellent at attacking with both magic and weapons. Fou-Lu Fou-lu unified the western continent single-handedly with his paranormal powers. He became the first emperor of the Fou Empire several hundred years ago. Despite his youthful look, he has mystic dignity. It is said that he predicted his own resurrection as he passed away. Here’s how we ensured that this masterpiece is better than ever and what you can expect with GOG’s version of the game: Full compatibility with Windows 10 and Windows 11 Both 2 localizations of the game included (English and Japanese) Improved DirectX game renderer New rendering options (Windowed Mode, Vertical Synchronization Control, Gamma Correction, Integer Scaling, Anti-Aliasing, and more) Improved audio engine (restored missing environmental sounds and audio configuration) Improved keyboard and mouse support Improved Warehouse and Crane minigames Improved F9 exit screen Issue-free battle and combo system (all crashes have been fixed) Issue-free cutscene scripting Issue-free task switching Full support for modern controllers (Sony DualSense, Sony DualShock4, Microsoft Xbox Series, Microsoft Xbox One, Microsoft Xbox 360, Nintendo Switch, Logitech F series and many more) with optimal button binding, vibration, hotplugging and wireless mode Let’s go back in time to the PlayStation 1 era and reminisce about how Breath of Fire IV was presented to gamers back in 2000: After centuries of war, the two lands bordering an impenetrable swampland have finally reached an armistice. Mysteriously, the noble Princess Elina disappears somewhere near the war-ravaged front lines. Distraught, her sister Nina goes in search of the Princess alone and on her journey, meets a mysterious young warrior named Ryu. Their destinies soon entwine. The next chapter in the epic tale of magic and mystery now unfolds. The fate of what lies ahead rests in your control. Might and Magic V: Darkside of Xeen
Might and Magic V: Darkside of XeenMight and Magic V: Darkside of Xeen (originally released as Might and Magic: Darkside of Xeen) is a science fantasy role-playing video game, published and developed for multiple platforms by New World Computing in 1993. Based on the Might and Magic III: Isles of Terra game engine, it is the fifth game in the Might and Magic series, and is a direct sequel to Might and Magic IV: Clouds of Xeen, concluding the story arc started in the original Might and Magic Book One: The Secret of the Inner Sanctum. Like its predecessors, it was well received by both critics and players for its large game world and graphics, and was among the earliest games to make use of both animated cutscenes and PCM sound-based speech. Its unique integration mechanic with the game world of Clouds of Xeen, allowing both games to be played in a combined format - World of Xeen - was considered revolutionary at the time.

Frequently Asked Questions
Learn more about GOG Dreamlist with our FAQ
What is GOG Dreamlist?
GOG Dreamlist is a community-based tool anyone can use to vote for the games they want to see revived or added to our platform. These votes help GOG demonstrate community interest to IP owners and bring these games to life on our platform.
How does voting work?
Find a game on the list and click the arrow button to cast your vote. You can do so directly from the main page or a game's card. Every vote helps shape our platform and supports game preservation, so make it count!
How do I add a game to the Dreamlist?
If you cannot find a game already on the list please use this form to add it to the list for everyone to vote.
Can I vote for more than one game?
Yes, you can vote for multiple games, but only once per game.
Why should I vote?
Each vote shows community interest and signals to IP owners that releasing their game on GOG is a valuable opportunity.
How can I learn about the status of the game on the Dreamlist?
Currently, we can’t disclose the business status of a game before its release due to the complexity of the process and the potential negative impact this could have on our efforts. However, we’re working on a feature that will let you track the games you’ve voted for once they’re released.
Does high number of votes for a game mean that it will be released sooner?
A high number of votes shows strong interest, which influences both GOG and IP owners. However, we can’t guarantee that every highly-voted game will be released.
How does my vote help to preserve games?
All games on GOG are DRM-free, so you can download and back them up for future use. Additionally, we aim to include as many games as possible in the GOG Preservation Program, ensuring classic titles remain playable on modern systems.
What happens with Stories once the game is released on GOG?
We’re working on a solution to migrate Stories to GOG.COM game cards once the game is released: we won’t let them get lost.
