I got into might and magic with Clouds of Xeen, when I was 10. The game was good at the time (hard to play right now due to a clunky inventory system) and I loved it.
Still, Darkside has my preference, as it's basically my first experience of DLC, and to this day my only experience of DLC done right. Darkside is a full game, was sold at a resonable price for a full game and so was Clouds of Xeen. But when installed in the same folder, you get to play what you initially paid for (both games), but also a 3rd main quest that starts after the end of Darkside's main quest (+ a bunch of side quests) that you basically get for free.
