TheEnigmaticT's bit at the end of the video was a reference to the song "Under The Sea" from The Little Mermaid.

keeveek: So, is this May already? Should my mind be blown...?
Exactly my thoughts.

Barry_Woodward: DISNEY (AND LUCASARTS) CONFIRMED!!!
Stoooop!!! That's not even funny anymore!..

I'm kind of starting to wonder whether some of the releases planned for May got delayed for some reason. This by itself isn't a bad thing, but it still means that GOG has to keep releasing something slightly less impressive before things get sorted out.

I'm not trying to be funny. I legitimately believe it's finally happening.

1. Months ago GOG mentioned that they were close to signing one of their top three most wanted publishers and LucasArts (now owned by Disney) was on the list.
2. Cdp.pl, a subsidiary of CD Projekt RED, is the official Polish distributor of Disney films.
3. The "blues" have been hinting that a bonanza of classic releases are coming in May.
4. I don't believe TheEnigmaticT's unmistakeable reference to a Disney property is just trolling.

Ok who else thinks that The Enigmatic T has been replaced by someone else?

His voice sounds off. :P

Darn... I know what you mean... it's just that I prefer not to get overly excited over something that's not been confirmed yet. Also, LucasArts classics are one of my few true obsessions (especially Grim Fandango, I can't even describe how much this game means to me), so it's kind of a sensitive subject. :/ (And if GOG releases them at the time when I don't have enough money, I'm going to get very upset.)

I guess I'm getting old and cynical... Which is a sad thing indeed.

It's a conspiracy. Everyone knows there's one, and we're all part of it.

SCPM: Is that what TET said at the very end of the video? It's not captioned and my speakers aren't loud enough for me to hear it.
avatar
Vitek: Yup, this and some tunes.
Aquaria maybe? I'd kill for that.

fortune_p_dawg: Aquaria maybe? I'd kill for that.
Yeah, and Aquaria reminds me of that Little Mermaid game on the NES... ;p

hmm... yeah...
but I remember liking a lot of the Little Mermaid too... :P
"Next week's enigmatic release is not as much a classic as a well-executed tribute to classics. Whichever it is, I must admit it makes one hell of a book!"

A long shot but why not:

Ys I & II Chronicles <-- this is the latest remake of the classic Ys: Book I & II.
So my mind will not blow just next week? I don't know if I should be happy or sad about it :-P

It'd be awesome to have XSEED aboard! They're interested, but it looks like it'll take time:
