Here's your weekly Message From GOG!

Oh, happy day! Friday--also known as "the blessed day of freedom"--has finally come! And since it's Friday, here's a new episode of This Week on GOG, a short video guide to recent events, promos, and other happenings on the site. By the way, if you haven't already, you might want to follow the GOG.com channel on Youtube, so you won't miss our shows, specials, and exclusive trailers.

By the way, we were wondering how many of you stick around long enough after the promo announcement, to pick up on some of our easter eggs?

That's it from us today. Check out our Classic EA convoy promo, and have a nice weekend! :-)

I have a completely outside the box idea on this one... but I wonder who owns Cyberdreams at this point.

DukeNukemForever: Edit: Talking about Jules Verne, there is also a game called Journey ro the moon from Microids/Anuman. Maybe we will see it also someday here, it's already available for a long time on dotemu.
Vote for it! :D

Didn't know that the game is also known under another name, thought you link would go to a wiki-like page with a list of all games inspired by Jules Verne. Good to know ;-)

Austrobogulator: "here's what's new: I have a cold!"
I don't think I had a cold when I recorded that. On the other hand, it is the first thing i do on Friday mornings, so maybe I just sound like my brain isn't working. :P
Fable (the point and click original) would be my guess. But I know it is without owners so it is probably wrong.
Dante's Inferno?

Edit: except that there doesn't appear to be a PC version.

DukeNukemForever: As far as I know Eschalon Books are already confirmed by the developer to be released on gog, so with that description I would say it's very "very" likely we will see the first two releases here soon...
I was not aware of that.
Yeah, Eschalon seems like a safe bet.
Heh what about
Tribute to the classics = Tenacious D = Jack Black = Brutal Legend?

but maybe not...

If only :)
Classic Release Alice?
"classic" release - Eschalon Book 1 and 2.

So, is this May already? Should my mind be blown...?
Wait, has there always been easter eggs?

Great, now I have 24 other videos I have to see.

Vitek: "Under the sea" :-)
Is that what TET said at the very end of the video? It's not captioned and my speakers aren't loud enough for me to hear it.

Yup, this and some tunes.
