I still have bundled downloads for both Wing Commander 1+2 and 5.
When I click the download link it still downloads
setup_wing_commander12_2.0.0.18.exe
and
setup_wing_commander_prophecy_2.0.0.11.exe

EDIT: Doing an account refresh just unbundled a ton of games in my library and I now get the unbundled setups for Wing Commander.
