That game isn't on the list. Please familiarize yourself with how this giveaway works by reading the first two posts in this thread. You seem to be new here, so you don't really qualify for the giveaway yet. Please take some time to familiarize yourself with the forum and make some meaningful posts and/or tell some jokes here and there in threads that aren't specifically for game giveaways, and before you know it you'll be eligible. Please familiarize yourself with the rules of this giveaway, which are located in the first post of this thread. In the meantime, someone in the community gifting thread might be able to help you out. The only way to fast-track the qualification process is to donate some keys. I'm just trying to make sure you're not only on the forum to get free games. Donating isn't mandatory, but it's a good indication that you're not just here for free games.

Take care, you guys.
Has anyone played clive barker's undying? How interesting is the story? Is there any depth to it, or just a thin veneer to justify killing everything?

Yes, the story is, imo, very interesting, but a lot of the background are told via journal entries, so you gotta like to read. The game is also very atmospheric.

For me it's a shame that a sequel was never made.

As bluethief says.....also it has some interesting things to experience in game like hidden things(sights/sounds) found via the one spell, the other spells/weapons are often fun & useful, the enemies are varied well enough, and the music can be pretty decent.

One can also sometimes go back to old areas while in the hub(mansion) to find item stashes/monsters, though a note: one can get turned around sometimes, as there are no arrows/etc to indicate which way to go....so keeping note of which paths lead to what in the hub area can be useful.

It's very atmospheric. I loved the time travel elements, the art design, and the visual flair. It has aged well. I'd certainly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a story-driven FPS.

Thank you all for responding! I appreciate your feedback. : )

Story and atmosphere are what I enjoy most in a game, so this sounds like I'll enjoy it.

Finkleroy, I choose you... to humbly consider my request for Clive Barker's Undying.

You're very welcome!

Be aware that everspace is frustratingly hard early on, and it really matters which perks you put your meager profits in to be able to progress. But once you're over the initial hurdle and can handle the controls, I found it all to be very worth it. And dying early and often does serve a purpose for the storytelling, which I at least found very nicely done.
I hope you'll stick with it and end up enjoying the game as much as I did! :)
May I ask for the Tower of Time?
