As I said, I don't have the doubt that the region locked key is working, so this giveaway wasn't falsely created.
It's the "ok that didn't worked out as planned, let's fix it" part that failed.
we have to be a bit considerate here now , yes the key was legit but region locked for certain regions so i had asked you both to contact steam gifts support so that the giveaway winner can be re-rolled or the giveaway deleted altogether or he gets a punishment or something for not disclosing it was region limited key.
We have to understand that to expect him to buy off fallout new vegas again just like that too a brand new copy at full price when its not on sale anywhere to be a tall order.
now this is what we can do
1) wait till sg gets back online you both contact sg support regarding this and get it resolved
2) Wait till the giveaway creator to get another fallout copy and then mark as received
3) let the person off with a warning , he is not responding actively i sent him a pm on gog the day this incident happened and no response yet
4)hear from the gifter his story on what he plans to do ( have sent him another pm to respond here on the forum)
5) kick him off for poor response to the issue,mainly not posting a reason here in this thread as to why this happened.
I am open to all of those, i have sent him another pm to post in this thread
