The genre-divining sequel is finally here.

Divinity: Original Sin 2, is now available in its full glory, DRM-free on GOG.com.
After captivating players throughout its In Development cycle, the ambitious sequel to the critically-acclaimed turn-based RPG is now about to reach new heights. Combining deep pen-and-paper design philosophy with modern-day enhancements it offers a vast world rich in choice and dialogue, innovative 4-player co-op mode, flexible character creation, a powerful Game Master Mode, and of course the chance to meet Eithne, the community-inspired GOG.com hero.

For more godlike goodies, go for the Divine Edition, which includes a Digital Artbook, a Lorebook, a Map, the Soundtrack, a digital Art Pack and a Making-of video. If you don't want to commit just yet, you can always upgrade later.
Newcomers to the Divinity universe might want to go for the Eternal Edition: on top of the Divine Edition's contents, this pack also includes Divine Divinity, Divinity 2: Developer's Cut, Divinity: Original Sin + Design Documents, an Art Pack and the OST for that game.

Watch the trailer.

Dang, I still haven't even gotten around to the first game. I almost just want to start with the second just to be a skelewarrior.

Painted_Doll: It's not a bug . That's a feature.

EULA question: Is reverse engineering still forbidden?
D:OS steam EULA states(italic mine): "You may not decompile, modify, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise reproduce the Software."
Compare against EU and US laws as per https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reverse_engineering#Legality

Personally, I feel like I'm in the pre-historic (8-bit) era... I'd like to be able to reverse-engineer the software *I own* for *my amusement* . And I hope other present (or future) owners of the game would like to have the freedom to do so.

I'd love to hear Dev/Publisher opinion on why reverse engineering is prohibited (and what their gain/loss is to disable/enable decompilation for the sake of satisfying person's curiosity).
Installing/downloading as we speak...Via Galaxy of course, I'll DL via the normal downloader as well for storage, as this is worthy of a backup!
I had the collector's edition from Kickstarter, and like the rest of you I don't have access to any of the goodies, just the base game. What's worse, I still only have access to the Beta form May, not the full game, like l0nelyknight. Does anyone around here have any answers?

[edit] Just found out that I have access to the full version, but only from GOG Galaxy. I can't actually download the offline installers for this new version. hoping this gets sorted soon.

I seem to have access to the full game in my library... then again my key was a second key a backer got rather than a straight backer key so it may be different...

Try refreshing your account maybe?

zmierzch_dagon: I think you have a bug concerning the "buy series" price - it shows for me as 941.63zł (which is about 220(!) euro)
That's a common bug, unfortunately.
GOG Store treats different versions of the same game as separate products. For example:
1. Divinity: Original Sin - Enhanced Edition
2. Divinity: Original Sin - Enhanced Edition Collector's Edition
are treated as two different games and option "Buy Series" is trying to sell you all two.
So, the price is right. The included products are not.

What's the link for account refresh again?

I believe it's either
https://www.gog.com/account/refresh
or
https://www.gog.com/user/refresh

One of them is the old one and one is new but I'm not sure which.

Thanks mate, that did it. Still don't have my goodies, but Larian will probably have to issues keys for that just like was the case for Torment Tides of Numenara, Pillars of Eternity, Wasteland 2, etc etc etc. GOG handles Kickstarter very poorly.

No problem :)

Yeah, the Kickstarter extras usually seem to be handled badly so I imagine you will get them separately at some point.

At least you can play the game :D

That actually makes perfect sense... I guess they need to write better select statement for those:P

If you backed on Kickstarter, I believe the extras are on Larian's site. I'm going to check when I get home.

They're not on the larianvault. I already checked (and so did a couple of other people reporting the same problem).
In addition, people with Steam keys do have the extras on their account. Why can't GOG do this right? Why does this always have to be a problem?

As far as I understand, GOG is giving the keys that are requested by the developers.
Dear publisher, with more than 8$ as regional pricing wallet refund, it's not a game for me. You can spare my copy for someone else...
