The genre-divining sequel is finally here.

Divinity: Original Sin 2, is now available in its full glory, DRM-free on GOG.com.
After captivating players throughout its In Development cycle, the ambitious sequel to the critically-acclaimed turn-based RPG is now about to reach new heights. Combining deep pen-and-paper design philosophy with modern-day enhancements it offers a vast world rich in choice and dialogue, innovative 4-player co-op mode, flexible character creation, a powerful Game Master Mode, and of course the chance to meet Eithne, the community-inspired GOG.com hero.

For more godlike goodies, go for the Divine Edition, which includes a Digital Artbook, a Lorebook, a Map, the Soundtrack, a digital Art Pack and a Making-of video. If you don't want to commit just yet, you can always upgrade later.
Newcomers to the Divinity universe might want to go for the Eternal Edition: on top of the Divine Edition's contents, this pack also includes Divine Divinity, Divinity 2: Developer's Cut, Divinity: Original Sin + Design Documents, an Art Pack and the OST for that game.

Watch the trailer.

Amazing release! Too bad i wasn't able to be a backer due to unforeseen circumstances and even more bad that currently i don't have the luxury of free time to properly enjoy a game like this. My best wishes to everyone who'll play it; the first one was a masterpiece, i hope the sequel will be as much fun or better! :)
And I'm sitting here and waiting for the box version.

But it doesn't seems to happen here in poland anytime soon from what I have just read... and now I'm sad. :(

I'm kinda sad...

This comes out of development when I'm broke.

Oh well, wishlisted, and I'll be picking it up as soon as I have some money to spare.
low rated
It hard to say , but will not purchase it because they ( Gog and the developers ) screwed us .

The first one didn't do anything for me, but I'll keep an open mind, maybe this one is more interesting.
Will likely pick it up when it comes down in price. What jumps out at me is the use of "genre-defining" in the launch video. Now, I don't see what genre defining elements this brings to the table, I mean origin stories was from Dragon Age, lizards and such like playables are from Elder Scrolls, the method of playing and strategy are from Baldurs Gate. So whats so genre defininig about this (not saying its bad, just don't see any difference between this and the thousands of ot).her RPGs out there).
Looks nice. I'll have to play through the first game that's sitting in my backlog though.
This looks stunning, I can't wait for a sale!

(Although it looks well worth £30 even if that does make it one of the more expensive games on GOG)
Any plan on upgrade for the Eternal Edition?
Congrats with the release!

Any chances for Mac version?

Ditto. I'm willing to pay extra for an upgrade to that tier, but not the full $89.99.

Maybe a bit early, but i did not find any info about this...

How do the backer tiers map to the GoG releases? I backed the Lone Wolf Collectors Edition Tier, including as far as i can see everything included in the Divine Edition, but the version i have now on GoG is the base version.

Maybe this is because i redeemed my key during the beta phase? Any news on when that will be sorted out?
I'm still waiting for the previous game to be sold at an affordable (for me) price, so it will likely be a loooong time before I pick this up. I doubt my rig can run it anyway... To those who do get it now, though, I hope you guys'n'girls have tons of fun.
"Craft epic equipment...or pizza"

Not that I'll get this any time soon, but I'm curious if anyone knows if you can turn off the stat-definer in the dialogue options (not sure what to call it exactly) - I see "[Strength] dialoguehere" so it tells you what stat is associated with which dialogue options, and I don't like that and would like to be able to turn it off.

Downloading... (got the key for the CE edition through Kickstarter)... but my CE key doesn't show any extras on GoG... are those (ie the Divine Ascension Upgrade contents) already included in the 22GB download, or are they missing??? (apparently people who got the CE key on Steam *do* have the extras)
