lugum: he hasnt donated money and now he has uploaded 2gb (would have love to see what he had seeded (and therefor downloaded). he had the shitlisted icon but thats gone now. if you keep a bad ratio and dont donate then yes you get deleted

the site isnt particular known for its freeware, would be very hard to find 6gb of freeware.

but as others said, abandonware is piracy too.

why would someone hack an account that got a shitlisted icon and a ratio of only 0.001 . that does not make much sense is there? or that your ratio has only just improved after the whole discussion here. coincendence?
it doesnt also sound very plausible that you would leave a site just because they have gog games. then you shouldnt also use piratebay, rapidshare , newsgroups. and other sites just as well.
again you still downloaded abandonware it is still "pirating" just as a gog game would be.
its your own personal moral which is fine but dont find it weird if others hold that against you.

we can really keep going in circles or defend on our views on this (and also on the subject abandonware) it just wont do anything.

I registered that site much later and i didn't notice gog games first. But when i saw them i quit using my account. All i know is that i haven't been using it.

Why you guys try to make me look the biggest criminal here, when other people in this thread have openly declare that they are downloading every game on software they feel is too expensive.

A game being sold by an authorized distributor is, by definition, not abandonware.
