What's the ending of the file name? It might be an uncommon archive format, like rar. Could also be that you have a corrupt dowbload though. The file that I downloaded from Indievania (looong time ago) was an exe installer. Pretty good game, btw.

No, really GMG have some decent deals on games sometimes but I stopped bothering with Capsule and Playfire. Nothing wrong with Capsule in particular, they just don't have any incentive for me, because they don't offer much in returnable games, anymore. So I am only interested Steam keys.
And I read about too much problems with Playfire to even start it.
