OK. I went back and I don't see what makes Dessimu so scummy in some peoples eyes. At least not scummier than yogs.
Yogs not-so-soft claimed Parity-Cop already, but refuses to make that claim solid. Even when Dessimu claimed Parity Cop - yogs was present and didn't counter claim. So his soft claim was a lie, since as the reals parity cop he would have counter claimed.

Of course it is possible that Dessimu's claim was a desperate play hoping that the reals parity cop doesn't appear until Deadline. But that still leaves yogs als quasi-liar with his soft-claim. Also my two top scum picks are on Dessimu's wagon (yogs and meda) and both pushed him without good reasons. meda even had Dessimu as town and still decided to push his wagon rather than that of yogs. So I think yogs and meda are scumbuddies.

Also if yogs isn't lynched today he will still be a major target tomorrow. So in any case, even if he should be town, lynching him would help town while lynching Dessimu risks killing a PR.

Conclusion: I am not going to vote Dessimu. I don't want to kill the PR. And I call to everyone who is around to vote yogs instead to avoid the no-lynch. If Dess is the PC, at least scum will be forced to doubletap him tonight. So thats one less nightkill against town.

No time to go through everything properly, so regarding the task at hand:

I'm with cristigale (posts #338 & #339), I can't in good conscience vote to lynch Dessimu now, even if he's scum. Out of the two of them, I think it more likely that Dessimu is the Parity Cop, so in order to secure a lynch

Why didn't you believe Dessimu's claim?

I didn't say cristi was scum because she suspects me as scum. I said I didn't like how she set me up to be the lynch today. I already suspected cristi as scum yesterday, but no one else seemed interested in persuing that possibility.

As for Dessimu, his claim was too convenient. I've fallen for scum claiming a PR right before they are lynched so I ignored his claim and based my decision on who to vote for solely on who I found to more likely be scum between the two and that was Dessimu. I knew what yogsloth was doing all day with his antics, I even went a similar route. Scum have the advantage this game so any confusion we can cause them is what needs to be done.
