Those who completed Anvil of Dawn will remember it – I thought the Black Gnarl's song was pretty epic. It was a nice surprise, and a pretty cool reward for finding all of the quest items.
I will be There from the Resonance OST.
Some epic Jesper Kyd goodness:

Hitman 2 - Main theme
Hitman 2 - 47 Makes a Decision

Freedom Fighters - Main Title
Freedom Fighters - March of the Empire
Freedom Fighters - The Battle for Freedom
Freedom Fighters - Freedom Fighters
Freedom Fightrs - Final Battle

MDK2 - Kurt Theme (one of them anyways)

Oh man, listening to the Freedom Fighters soundtrack always gives me goosebumps, especially remembering the situations it accompanied.
My favorites in movies are:

The Thin Red Line - Journey to the Line

Stardust - Septimus

Gladiator - Now we are free - Lisa Gerrard

Smokin Aces - Dead Reckoning

The greatest part of the greatest piece of music that a human being has ever created...

Stanley Kubrick Music - A Clockwork Orange: Ode to Joy
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0MCnnfXPSHw

And it's even better when you're inebriated.
This song always makes me feel emotional https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A6tXrPNsfNM I don't know if it would classify as an epic song but for me it's pretty powerful. I also love the movie I heard it in The Chumscrubber.
Oh man, I can't believe I forgot about Paul Houseman : Day of days
which in my mind is fitting for the 40k world, along with a couple of his other pieces. For the above piece I imagine frantic scenes on a 40k forgeworld where armaments are being created for the invasion of a ork/chaos controlled world. Towards the end (0:41) the camera pans (up and right) to reveal a massive landraider or baneblade being assembled.

That is a very cool song - reminds me a lot of Muse
Erlkönig from the motion picture The Devil's Violinist" (end credits).

Also included in David Garrett's latest album Garrett vs Paganini.
Sandokan main theme
GET CRAZY (1983) has the most epic songs in a movie imo :D

Wow thanks for posting that. I had very vague memories of some animated series I saw when I was little, with anthropomorphized animals, and it turns out it was the Sandokan animated series
A Perfect Circle - eMOTIVe - Counting Bodies Like Sheep to the Rhythm of the War Drums

This has been used in film and tv spots for games (<i>Rage</i>, <i>Fantastic Four</i>, etc.)
