The Elder Scrolls. Quake & Doom. Fallout. Alright.

Welcome, Bethesda, to our pantheon of all-time classics!
Today, we're happy to start a blooming new partnership with Bethesda Softworks, one that brings an impressive lineup of their unforgettable games to our DRM-free platform, and plenty of guts and nuclear smiles to our faces.

We're teaming up to release some of the greatest hits from the Bethesda vault, some DRM-free for the first time ever. Eleven new arrivals include The Elder Scrolls and two digital-distribution premieres, totally retro id Software shooters, plus the long-awaited return of the Fallout franchise! To make the day even sweeter, The Elder Scrolls: Arena and The Elder Scrolls II: Daggerfall will be added to your game shelf entirely for free when you buy any Bethesda game.

The Elder Scrolls, perched high up among the most famous video-game worlds ever created, are now DRM-free and updated for your modern computer - you can purchase all three to receive a 33% discount.:
--The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind - Game of the Year Edition.
--The Elder Scrolls Adventures: Redguard - digital distribution premiere.
--The Elder Scrolls: Battlespire - digital distribution premiere.
--The Elder Scrolls: Arena - FREE with any Bethesda purchase.
--The Elder Scrolls II: Daggerfall - FREE with any Bethesda purchase, too.

--DOOM II + Master Levels for Doom II + Final DOOM

And last we find that goodbyes are not forever (and that war never changes). Fallout, the premiere post nuclear role playing game franchise is finally back on GOG.com! Save 66% if you complete your collection in one purchase.

Unbelievable!
I don't hate Bethesda as much now, and I'm ready to throw some money their way!

Last week it was the Gold Box, now Bethesda... GOG's unstoppable!

musteriuz: Shouldn't those of us ho previously purchased the Fallout games get Arena and Daggerfall free anyway?
That would be a treat! :)
Aaaaaaaaawww... no Linux love this week? Even for the older games like Doom?

I am disappoint : |
Have been thinking. When are we going to get Descent to Undermountain?
Since se have classic TES now I kinda miss that game and don't forget to try to bring Microsoft,I want to play Age of Empires again.

tinyE: I just took this picture of my toilet following my reaction to this news.
I didn't know people sh*t rapaduras, panelas or piloncillos. Madre de dios!
Incredible news.
Never ever hoped to play Redguard again.
Thanks, GoG!

tfishell: Yeah, he'll blow a gasket

JMich: Is that a euphemism? I still recall his reaction to Shodan being on the front page. *shudder*
A quick thought for FenixP who hang in here for so long just to fade away before all the fun :-)
Fastest growing thread ever.

Oh and also FANTASTIC NEWS!

You're better off using a source port anyway. I recommend Doomsday Engine:

Whoa. This has happened? It still doesn't compensate for Bethesda's atrocious pricing policy when it comes to DLCs being more expensive than the main game+DLCs together (thus spitting into early adopters' faces), but it's a step in the right direction.

Thank you, GOG, for making this possible. :-)
Damn, I did a double take when I saw Morrowind on GOG!!!

It's so cool you brought Bethesda over here, yay! Can't wait for the rest of the Elder Scrolls games (then I might buy all of them here, have only Morrowind on Steam).

Kudos GOG, you guys are awesome!!! =)

And will the Daggerfall freebies with any Bethesda game be available forever?
Because I'm not getting any of these games just now (backlog simply way too big).

P1na: Good thing is, now I can "safely" wait to buy Dishonored 2 here and not worry whether I should buy on steam or not.
Now i'm a little sad... i just bought Dishonored on Humble store during this years summer sale. :/

Good move Bethesda and GOG, I will get them whenever it is possible.
WOW!!! *speechless*

Good job GOG & Bethesda on doing what should have been done a long time ago! Nice to see Fallouts back here, nice to see TES coming (and hoping for a Skyrim release without any freaking clients) and f***ing great to have id Software masterpieces too!

Oh my GOG, what a day! :D
