NeoShai: Are there any mods that increase the UI when using the widescreen mod? I love playing at a high resolution but I hate how small my characters are and how small the UI is but the world look so much more detailed.
I don't believe so... I think the only way would be to lower your resolution. Just keep reinstalling the widescreen mod using different resolutions until you find one that works for you.
Well, I just found the button which makes the dialogue window bigger. I don't mind now but thanks for replying anyway.

Just started this game for the first time ever :p
When installing the BG Unfinished Business for 1 and 2. Since I followed your guide what folder would I install them to? The GOG/Baldurs Gate 2 folder? Or the BGT folder inside that directory? (On the installer it says to your BGT directory but I don't really want to screw anything up since this is my final steps to go and I'm excited to play)

It should be in your BG2 folder, along with the other mods.
But do I install to my BG2 folder or my BGT folder inside my BG2 directory?
I got confused because it says this "Please select the destination folder for install. This should be your Baldur's Gate I, Baldur's Gate Tutu or Baldur's Gate Trilogy game folder. "

Scratch that, into my BG2 folder it goes.

That's correct. Hopefully it worked for you!
Thanks a lot!
Just a quick thank you GoJays2025, great help for this great game.
Alright this is going to sound absolutely idiotic, so please bear in mind I'm incredibly hung over at the moment. Anyways where do I actually launch Baldur's Gate Trilogy from, I'm unable to find a shortcut to the application and the original one(standard bg2 launch) takes me to a menu for vanilla BG2?

Thanks for the help, and thanks for the guide.

You're in the right place, I think.
There should be 3 buttons that greet you on the first menu screen - "Baldur's Gate", "Throne of Bhaal", and "Quit Game".
Click on "Baldur's Gate".
Then click on "Single Player".
The menu that comes up after will have "New Game", "Load Game", "Back", and "New BG2 Game".
Click on "New Game" to start from Baldur's Gate 1 or "New BG2 Game" to start from Baldur's Gate 2.

Hope that helped!

Yeah figured it out the download page for the mod tricked me with the image they have there. Looks like a customer launch window. Thanks for the timely response, cheers.

GoJays2025: 6. Download BGT-WeiDU and extract it in your Baldur's Gate II directory.
7. Run the newly extracted Setup-BGT.exe and follow the instructions.
When I executed Setup-BGT, I haven't received any instructions, the window opened and closed in a few seconds. Is that normal?

No, it is not normal. So I'm guessing the fixpack worked? If that was fine, and you extracted BGT into the correct directory (the main BG2 directory), then I'm not sure what the problem is at the moment. Did any text flash up on screen before it closed?

Yes, the fixpack worked. BGT-WeiDU is really necessary? If it is, how I know if I have installed it?

You'll have a folder in your main BG2 folder named BGT. There will also be a WeiDU text document in your BG2 folder.
