Outstanding
This is the true jewel.. this game and the FMV is oustanding in avery aspect of the game.. This is again a "must have" title. Do not hesitate and buy it. I hope that Privateer 2 come soon :p

Price of Freedom is eternal vigilance!
This is so much more then a game. It is an experience that I am glad now will be available a to a new generation of gamers. Many remember Mark Hamill as Luke Skywalker, but others will savor his amazing performance as Colonel Christopher Blair, a struggling and haunted hero, who sacrificed so much, lost so much yet continued to fight to save humanity now from itself. This is an amazing game that when it came out years ago required like 8 or 9 CD's.... now its here. WC 4 is probably the best acted of all the series and the best flight simulation too. Compelling, gripping story and one of the best quotes in any game I ever played, "The price of freedom is eternal vigilance." It gets 5 stars and so happy to see it here again on gog.com

Best Space Sim ever!!!
Didn't even blinked when I saw that WC4 was here! Bought it on the spot! Too bad EA burried the WC saga after they bought Origin. Felt cheated when there was no continuation to Prophecy :( But it is great to see Christopher Blair in action again! I got rusted with the commands and will have to learn the again! hehehe

Probably my favourite of the WC series
The FMV movie scenes are worth the price alone. Maniac is as hilarious/annoying as he ever was. 😛. Origin really went all in on the production of this one. They built and shot the movie sequences on actual sets (rather than the green-screen of WC3). Mark Hamil and the other cast give great performances. And as to the game play, it's top notch too. Choose and use your wingmen wisely, they can change the course of a mission. Overall a first rate game. This version also has all FMV sequences in DVD quality MPEG-2. They look better than ever.

Simply one of the Best
Where nowadays people think mass effect is THE best scifi game, Wing Commander was that in the 90's! For me personally it still is! Mass effect eat your heart out! The story of wing commander 4 is really well told through the cutscenes. And you feel like youre the one who does make the difference (through choices you make in the cutscenes). Besides the great story it has tons of great gameplay! Graphics are not of this time but they are not bothering me in any way. Good enough even in 2012! Everybody must have this piece of art in his/her possesion!
