Thief™ 2: The Metal Age

this is the game that got me into PC gaming. It is the best stealth game, but most importantly it has the best story, atmosphere and game-play in any game.

I played this a ton. The atmosphere, Garret's voice over, the level design, the massive number of options available to play each level. Thanks GoG!

That pretty much sums it up. Even, what, 14 years later i cannot get tired of this game. The reason being is that it everything that was exciting about the first Thief and ran like the dickens with it. In the right direction. The game world is believable and fully fleshed out. And leaves alot for you to explore, or not explore as you choose. It's incredible. Enjoy the ride, you might want to play through it more than twice.

If you have any interest in stealth games then you owe it yourself to buy this game. Having always loved stealth games this was one i was very happy to find here on gog. Recommend that you also get one of the high res mods to be able to play in higher resolution and with better textures. 5/5
