Mixed feelings
To be short: Story, atmosphere, characters, world, dialogs... Everything is absolutely perfect in this game. Everything except combat - combat system in this game is an absolute abomination. I would absolutely suggest playing this game , but would recommend doing so on easy and just enjoying the ride.

One of the best games I have ever played
Inmersive story. Fun gameplay. Decisions to do. I just can't put all the good things this game has in one review. An absolute GEM.

Shortened version of the review: Gameplay abandons the traditional structure of CRPGs for better and for worse, overall game shouldn't have tried to be an ARPG and ends up being worse for wear because of it. 5/10. Story: Still the traditional fantasy fare despite the artificial layer of grime to make it a dark fantasy, characters are okay but nothing special save for a couple of them. Still presented enjoyably enough. 7/10. Graphics: Very impressive technically for a 2008 game, art design could have gotten a lot better a lot quicker than it did. 4/5. Sound: Soundtrack is good but again, not too far stretching from its fantasy roots. Sound design is quite good and definitely helps the game come to life. Voice acting is good, but nothing terribly impressive. 4/5. Cumulative score of 6.7/10. I only really stuck with this game because of The Witcher 2. If this game were just a standalone title, I would've stopped very early into it. As the title implies, it's Ultramega OK.
