Good with flaws
A little frustrating at times,those hopper enemies are soooo annoying. Otherwise it's a great remake.

A solid remake and game in general
Engaging gameplay loop with solid gunplay with excellent aesthetics. The soundtrack ranges from servicable to really good. Cyberspace is alright at best, a nuisance at worst. Final stretch, especially final battle is like in the original an utter disappointment - a hallmark of the series. Other than that, I'd say its thoroughly enjoyable and atmospheric.

if you want to experience what it's really like to be totally hounded, this is probably the best presented possibility, in any medium. Big applause for the old/new team who kept a close eye on this mechanic throughout the entire game - this is what really makes it a real phenomenon or, as another might say, a work of art. This is the aspect of immersion that I love the most in games - a player thrown into the middle of a swamp... How will you, insect, get out of it? That's your "little" problem 😊
