UPDATE: I see they fixed the bug with the most recent update (hope it won't come back later in the game). And looking at the other reviews, I was not the only one experiencing it, many people had the same issue.
But here's what they still haven't fixed: HER EYES are (still) completely blank, they're frozen in space, like she's dead. She keeps staring into the void no matter what, her eyes don't move or react to anything, it's like she has zero facial expressions, similar to those creepy AI robots or a female Terminator. Not only that, but they are always WIDE open to the maximum, which is so unnatural. It's like in one of those episodes from Tom & Jerry, where Tom was sticking duct tape to his eye lids (or using tooth picks) in order to keep himself from falling asleep. She literally looks like a remote-controlled zombie that is following the player's orders to move around and do stuff. Syberia 3 never had this issue for example, her eyes were a masterpiece in that game which is almost a decade old already.
INITIAL POST: I can't review the game for anything longer than the first minute of gameplay, because as soon as Kate goes upstairs in her room and speaks to Mr. Marson on the telephone, when the conversation finishes, she has a "Phhh..." reaction which then doesn't disappear from the screen, no matter what I do, and because of that, I can no longer click on anything in the game. I can actually still walk around the room with that text overlay, but I can't click on the door to exit the room, etc.
Also, Kate's 3D model is very far from the original one, her face is almost the same as in The World Before (Syberia 4) - which I didn't like at all. Plus, it's sad that the original FMVs are exactly the same old ones (just upscaled a bit), there's a very big discrepancy between the two art styles, especially relating Kate's face - I really wish her in-game model would have looked more like the FMV version, as the gap in her looks right now is huge.
