Original Metroidvania
Sundered, first of all, is one of the most beautiful games I've played in terms of art. Thunder Lotus put so much effort in their designs and drawings to the point it's outstanding. Also, the game is so fluid in terms of gameplay, it's feels amazing just to move and jump out there in the game zones. But where I think Sundered shines it's in its originality and freshness. It has so many concepts and mechanics you normally don't see in most Metroidvanias and the way you progress also feels good. Bosses in general and skills also were cool in design and battle. And on top of all that, the game is cooperative! I played most of it, including the very end of the game, with a friend and it wsa an awesome experience. Thunder Lotus doesn't miss.
