Perfect game, imperfect port.
Game is 10/10 but as a port it needs a lot of updates, mostly for the lighting (I had to install a mod to fix the lighting) and an optimization so the frame rate isn't so jittery.

Silent Hill 2 Remake is good, nuff said
This is an incredibly faithful remake of the original PS2 game, not only does it feature several beloved areas, music and characters, but it also expands on everything. While there are areas and puzzles for example that have been changed, the original versions have not been forgotten. This is what all remakes should strive to be.

Saved game file not syncing with game
After playing for over an hour and having multiple save files, I decided to stop my play session. The followiing day, I tried to load the game and continue, but the saved game data didn't register. I copied them from Localdata to the main document file from manage installation tab; this did not work. I refuse to start over and play this game any longer. I requested a refund.
