I must give this game one star for a simple reason: it is totally unplayable.
It takes 5 minutes to load to the main menu and, when it does, the game works properly but with just one tiny tiny problem.. INVISIBLE TEXT.
The menu works but there is no text on it.
The character creation works but there is no text on it.
Everything work but with no text, just blank tags and buttons.
I understand today is the release day and probably the dev are going to release a patch really soon but, until then, I backed a game I can't play and I'm disappointed.
Of course as soon as the game will be fixed, I'll reevaluate my review!
One star for no Mac version! This website has clearly said that Pathfinder would be available for Windows, Mac and Linux and would be available on 25 September. No hint that Mac and Linux versions would be coming later—until now. So at best, something went wrong or someone made a mistake. It happens. At worst, there has been deception and deliberate misleading of customers. That should never happen. Browsing on Steam it appears that a Mac version is available there, but is buggy to the degree of unplayability. What gives? Please may we have an official announcement.
