The Metro Exodus PC Enhanced Edition is free for all existing owners of Metro Exodus on PC, but the upgrade is so extensive, it can not be delivered as a patch - instead, it is available as a separate entitlement. Upgrades include DLSS 2.0 Inclusion, Ray Traced Emissive Lighting used throughout, FOV slider, increased framerates and display resolutions. A Ray Tracing capable GPU is the minimum spec for this beast, and you can upgrade right now for free if you own Metro Exodus.

not good
i liked the first two metros but this one makes me mad (sadly it's too late for me to refund it). the first hour is full of needless exposition to make you care about the female for when they eventually kill her off (no spoilers, i'm just guessing i haven't made it that far). the few fights i been in felt heavily scipted to the point of enemies spawning right in front of me or running straight through me without attacking or doing damage. very janky feeling and i assumed it'd have at least the kind of polish the last one had :( then the (forced!) stealth section broke and they killed me in cover over and over again (thanks checkpoint system!) until i said "fuck it" and quit the game... do not recommend!

Well, still Metro...
I bought the game hoping that the "open world" aspect would improve it in relation to the other games in this series. Well, after two hours watching long cutscenes and ocasionally pressing buttons when asked, just following the others, I can say that the game is still Metro... Good for who likes this kind of game, not for people who actually want to think about what they are doing. I guess won't have the patience to get to the open world part. The cherry on top was stitting for 5 minutes whatching an endless cutscene, trying to skip it hitting a key and have my game quickloaded to waaay before that. Yeah, save points suck also. Well, still Metro!
