Great Game
Its a really a good game but I have a problem with the re master options. Every time i use the remastered mode the game texures wont load.

Definitely be careful of rose-tinted memories. The puzzles and its relatively early peak can't and shouldn't be ignored. Nor though can everything that it does right, from its sheer heart and creative polish, to the genius of its ideas and characters. Even when it stumbles, it stands as a fine reminder of why LucasArts at its prime was seen as the industry at its best, and few other adventures have deservedly gathered so much affection. It was an instant classic back in 1998. It's still very much a journey worth taking today, albeit ideally with a walkthrough.

The greatest adventure game of all time
No game world has been as engrossing and captivating as Grim Fandango. From the Aztec/film noir backdrops to the amazing soundtrack and the voice acting performances. It stood out in 1998 and even by 2015 standards this game hasn't dated. The remastered version gets rid of the clunky control scheme and updates the already beautiful backgrounds and character models. I'm so happy this game wasn't lost in the LucasArts/Disney vault.

Greatest game of all time
A Timeless classic brought forward into the new generation. Still beautiful, Still engaging and Still the king of its Era. New graphics and controls but underneath still beats the heart of the greatest story lucas arts ever told. Don't hesitate, just hit that buy button now.

Broken. Very, very, broken
Errors during install, errors after install...this build won't run. Looking into fixes requires hefty install and uninstall of VC++ 32 and 64 bit C++; yet this is the only GOG game (including a number of LucasArts titles) that seem to need this. Unoptimized garbage programming, keeping me from playing what I remember to be an excellent game.

Very excited about the new release. Great improvements. Don't care about "not being flawlessly remade" blabla. I'm buying 10 more copies, just to support the developers and team. Now, guys, after you made this remaster, it's only natural that the team should start working on the Sequel. Most importantly, Tony Plana's voice must be in the sequel. It's acceptable to change Meche for example, with something similar, but Manny must be Tony Plana's voice. The sequel HAS TO HAPPEND. No excuses. Guys, LOOK at how many GAMES are out there. So many games without good stories. Nothing. Most new games lack substance and story. Grim Fandango is unique. That's what all Companies are looking for. I don't even have to say all this. Just DO IT. I'm sure the whole community will support you. I will. My email is enkizit@yahoo.com Will buy 30 copies soon. Bye now
