Point and click masterpiece
A classic yet modern point and click adventure game with many hommages to Monkey island series. Beautifully drawn and atmospheric, with quirky characters and complex story. Hope they make a sequel soon.

Not bad
Art is great, music is great and the adventure is quite easy, I only got stuck once and it was because I wasn't reading with attention. There are some things that made the game a little tedious: -you have a talking cat, but half of the times you click the cat to interact with an object, Buzz says something like "she is not interested" or she says "you do this" -you can click on every object several times to get different information, but you only get different useless comentaries, and there was a moment when I decided the first impression was enough and that I didn't care about the cat (because, you know "she isn't in to this" "I think she is not interested") because I wasn't able to advance in the story if I had to click everything three or four times -the cat is not a protagonist, is more like sidekick that, eventually, helps you Being said all of that, the game is not bad, I just expected another thing. If you want to buy it to play a cthulhu adventure with the cat, that doesn't happen, but yes, there is a talking cat and you play a lovecraftian story.

I wish it was better
After playing and finishing it in 6 hours, I think I should write a review. If I had known this, I wouldn't have bought it. Hope it helps someone. Pros: - Artstyle - Voice acting Cons: - Boring story - Too much irrelevant dialogue - Irrelevant features (Using cat with hotspots for example...) - Bugs - Some VERY slow animations Overall this game is pretty but boring and absolutely not memorable. There are a lot of better adventures out there: Monkey Island, Day of the Tentacle, Sam & Max, Deponia... This is the second worst Point & Click adventure I have ever played. The worst one was "Cyanide & Happiness - Freakpocalypse (Episode 1)". Don't buy that one either.

Unfurtunately boring
I found the game a bit boring, unfortunately. I was glad when I got through it. The puzzles are all extremely simple except for one, which was extremely difficult. The graphics are nice, the controls simple. Voice acting is good. But somehow the spark didn't fly.

Classic Point and Click Adverture Style
Gibbous is a fun, well-written game with excellent voice acting. The puzzles are logical and straight forward. There are a lot of puns and referrences for us geeks. The game intends and succeeds in being a homage to the classic Lucas Arts adventures games of old. If you are a fan of point and click adventure games, you owe yourself a favor and purchase the game. The only downside is the ending as the story seems unfinished - part one of a two part game. (Waiting for a Gibbous 2). With the exception of one or two lines not being voiced, or the voice being skipped, the game ran without any issues.
