Fallout London is a total conversion mod made by Team FOLON® for Fallout 4 GOTY and requires you to own the base game on either GOG or Steam.
In typical imperial British fashion, Fallout: London will take over your Fallout 4 installation. Installing Fallout: London will make irreversible changes to the default Fallout 4: GOTY Edition installation. You’ll also need to disable cloud saves (as the save folder is shared between the game and the mod). If you’d like to play the default Fallout 4: GOTY Edition again, you’ll need to uninstall the game and the mod, and then reinstall Fallout 4: GOTY Edition.
Fallout: London lets you explore a dishevelled London set in the Fallout universe. It overhauls Fallout 4 with a new story, new weapons, London-centric items and a vast recreation of the ruined city to explore.
Fallout: London is a free total conversion mod for Fallout 4, available to anyone who owns the base game and all of its DLCs. It is developed non-commercially by Team FOLON, many of whom are proud London residents or expats.
There has never been a better time to sample the capital’s delights! Fallout: London lets you explore the wonders of the city 160 years after the bombs have dropped, and 40 years before the events of Fallout 3. You can now reimagine Fallout in a London-centric universe, interacting with a brave new world of London-based locations, stories, factions, creatures, weapons, and gameplay mechanics.
The Gentry-dominated London stands on a knife-edge, and you may be the key to which way the guillotine falls. Play a new story set in London with a fresh character beginning, numerous conflicting factions to engage with and multiple story paths and endings with up to 90 hours of gameplay. Just be aware of what terrible secrets you may uncover in the shadowy gaps amidst the halls of power.
Discover new weapons, creatures, clothing, items, collectables, architecture, foliage and NPCs to complete the London setting. Interact through the world with your custom Atta-boy, with a fresh interface based on the UK’s life-saving Protect and Survive nuclear information campaign.

As Fallout should have been.
I highly recommend this to anyone who enjoyed Fallout but found it a little lightweight. The atmosphere is a little more apocalyptic, plus there is a little less hand-holding. The content is superb, if any game company had launched this it would have been classed as AAA. Yes, I did have some trouble installing it, but that was because Bethesda botched the last upgrade meaning we have to downgrade to get a working game. I used a pre-launch version of the downgrader, it was a little buggy, but that was rapidly patched by the team.

The most expansive mod I've ever played
I have Fallout 4 on Steam, but was still able to get this mod to work by following the update downgrader instructions and booting up from f4se_loader. Really not too difficult for me as I've installed dozens of other mods in the past. I've played just over 2 hours of it at the moment, starting a fresh character to go along with the new perk system + story, and it's been incredible. It reminds me of the pure joy I experienced the first time I got sucked into a Fallout game. Very immersive, a bit challenging, and mysteriously unique. I especially like the London style twists on enemies, weapons and map design. I look forward to getting deeper into the story and exploring more since I've only discovered a handful of locations (many packed with new enemies or NPC characters) so far. Nice job, FOLON team!

Don't listen to the hate & low reviews.
This is a fan made game created in fallout 4 with a ton of mods. It was created by Team FOLON along with the help of volunteer modders. The fact that Team FOLON even took the time to create something on this scale is astounding. Again just Team Folon and a whole lot of volunteer modders. They do not have the QA teams, manpower, and $$$ that big triple a companies have. This is a free dlc/game sized mod that these hard working people crafted with a lot of time, love, and care. Expect some fricking bugs people. We even need to downgrade the game to even be able to play it because the Fallout 4 next gen update messed up all mods. How delusional do you have to be to think a game like this would have a perfect launch and no bugs or crashes? That is absolutely no reason to give them low reviews. This is a 5 year long passion project. Again something of this scale is just absolutely insane. All of you need to wake up and grow up. Gamers are so fickle these days.
