Story

There is no taking cover or stopping to regenerate health as you beat back Hell’s raging demon hordes. Combine your arsenal of futuristic and iconic guns, upgrades, movement and an advanced melee system to knock-down, slash, stomp, crush, and blow apart demons in creative and violent ways.

It's DOOM
A great FPV ego shooter like back in the old days. No pseudo-modern stuff like auto-healing and such nonsense. Nice and complex levels which are fun to make your way through - especially when you try to find short-cuts. When I got the email notification about DOOM 2016 is available on GOG, I've bought it within a minute. And I couldn't really await the 63 GB download to finish. It's just a must-have for any fan of classic ego shooters!

FINALLY!
I have been waiting for this game for awhile to come. Hope to see Doom Eternal and The Dark Ages come as well. Also like to see the multiplayer achievements have been taken out. Makes 100 percenting actually feasible

Still great
Classic FPS, up there with the Half Life, Marathon, and Halo series. Some games never really get old because they feel so good.
