I want more
the visual Novel genre like a classic Myst style point and click but without decision making (you are guided what to click) with superior graphics in the H.P. Lovecraft universe a deep story propably, but we won't know until the game is finished all my best wishes to the developer you are on to something great I hope

Good graphics and audio
Not normally my type of game, but it was a very intense. The narative was very good. Could be a bit dark for some. Never heard of H.P. Lovecraft.

Nice little narrative-centered game
I've read about Lovecraft only from third party sources, this is a great introduction and visual representation of his iconic cosmic horror. Great little experience, really liked the collectibles about the writer himself and his historic context. Recommended.

This is fantastic
Immersion in a story is so very important. The use of the imagination in scenes in books can only rarely be matched by movies. Dagon is something quite different than a movie or a book. It puts you in the story in such a way that is as good and sometimes better than what the imagination can offer, so that you're left with the impression that you've experience something quite special. I feel fortunate that I have a computer and ran across Dagon. This changes things and I will be looking forward to the additions (DLC) to Dagon and other stories presented in this manner in the future. Great project!

A treat for fans!
As a big fan of the works of Lovecraft, I found Dagon to be a fantastic, immersive and faithful interactive retelling of the short story. The voice acting was excellent and the audio ambiance framed the narration very well. In terms of gameplay, there isn't much. And Dagon did not set out to be more than being, as written before, an interactive story which takes about an hour to finish. You click to proceed through the events - there are no puzzles, no action scenes, no decisions. However there are tidbits of trivia hidden in many of the scenes, which sometimes take a keen eye to uncover. And for fans of Lovecrafts work, these are really, really cool. All in all, I thoroughly recommend Dagon for fans and those who might want to become one themselves. For the asking price of FREE, you can't do anything wrong here.
