To say it is unpolished is a massive understatement. It's not unpolished, it is not finished! I actually cannot give this game any rating since it's not a finished product. Even early access titles have better structure than this.
I saw a lot of good things in the game, and actually quite enjoyed some parts of it that the devs have actually made with care. I can overlook unpolished parts, they're really no big deal if the core of the game's contents are intact.
But after the first few missions, which actually gives you gameplay options and pretty well thought-out consequences, the game gets unbelievably shallow, making me suspect that the devs had to cut and remake the game's main contents because of the newly added Johnny character, who isn't more interesting than Jackie, who had to be killed off to make way for the supposedly awesome new character who looks like Keeanu. They probably ran out of time, and the rest is history.
I'm not sure if they can fix the game, but I really hope they restore the cut contents and add meaningful choices and consequences to the game's main stroyline so that I would buy this game again(I requested refund probably for the first time in five years of shopping here). Currently, this game is insulting to play. It's quite fun, but nonetheless insulting. The project management has failed big time and need to apologize to the devs and give them time and support to actually finish making the game.
