Not perfect, but really damn good.

I've picked this game at release and finished it without ever wanting to stop playing. Yes there were bugs, but except for one crasher I found the critiques were rather exaggerated. Mind you, I was playing this on a mac, within bootcamp and using the shit apple drivers. The game still ran rather well, using a hacked AMD driver has done away with the crasher and from there on it was smooth sailing. Depending on what you value in the game you could see this any way you like. For me, the atmosphere of the night city was enough to put all of the other bad things aside and enjoy the ride.

Please, fix this game!

I love this game, but ... I've bought the DLC but after a few hours I cannot run this game. 1 per a few atempts it works, but what the hell. I'm dissapointed.

Cyberpunk 2077 and its DLC? I just wasted nearly a hundred bucks on this hot mess, and I can't help but feel scammed. Let's dive right into the laundry list of game-breaking bugs and issues that continue to plague this supposedly "polished" game. Nomad Start - A Scripted Nightmare: Right from the start, we're thrown into a scripted car chase that's so broken, it's like the developers want us to suffer. Playing on the hardest difficulty? Well, tough luck! It's not about skill; it's about the script killing you over and over at the same spot. Instead of fixing this nonsense, they expect us to lower the difficulty as a workaround. Are you kidding me? Cyberpsycho Sighting: Where the Bodies Hit the Floor: This mission is an absolute trainwreck. You're supposed to read a data shard off a body, but guess what? It never triggers as complete, rendering the entire quest line unfinishable. The frustration is real, and if you dare to seek help on Reddit, you'll find a whole army of players sharing your misery. General Bugs - A Never-Ending Nightmare: Now let's talk about the general bugs that infest this game like a plague: Wait I can't they don't allow me enough space.

Cyberpunk 2.0 is a true masterpiece

Cyberpunk 2.0 is a truly fantastic game. Easily one of the best RPGs I ever played. Night City is hands down one of the best designed, most immersive locations I ever have experienced in a video game. Also, the writing is second to none. The main story is really engaging, the side missions are well written and rich in variety. A real highlight for me were the characters. The writing of all these likeable, memorable despicable and odd characters in Night Cit is just stellar. Not to forget the excellent graphics, which contribute a lot to the atmosphere of the game. Same can be said about the soundtrack, which does an excellent job setting the mood for the missions and Night City as a whole. The game still suffers from some bugs, but nothing major. It took almost 3 years, but I think Cyberpunk 2077 has now finally become the masterpiece it should already have been at its launch in 2020.

Recent update is meh

So, the game is fine. The last update that altered the grenade and health mechanic is a disappointment. Basically, they made it so that you get two grenades/medkits that renew, this was to prevent health spamming. I don't like that mechanic in general but it really showcases the weakness of the enemies as they remain bullet sponges unless you level up. It bothers me to so radically alter the game mechanics this far into the game's life.
