D&D meets PC
Essentially an improvement on DoS & DoS 2; it's D&D 5e type rules, with a classic story in the same setting but with an almost XCOM-like interface. If you want a good D&D story and like turn-based strategy combat, then this is a great game. The character writing in the theme of high fantasy is done really well; individuals tend to have depth and motivations that are consistent, etc.

Probably best game or nah?
I've played for first 40 hours and It's still interesting. Something was bugged but it in development and its okay. 60$ not problem cus story is astonishing. Still playing and found new quest, new items, new dialogues. Larian still the best for me. Hope you would prosper and when game would be 100% ready it would be game of the year.

you pay for being a tester
Game is in development, but there are lot of bugs, bugs that stop you from continue in the game, currently if I go to sleep, when I awake my character is gone, so I cant continue, the game looks great and I like the battle mode, but then need to work a lot to fix the great number of bugs, as a BG fan its hard to avoid buying the game, but if you can't continue advancing in the game, this is sad.

-0.5 stars for sluggish save loading times somewhat clunky real-time to turn-based transitions. -0.5 more for lack of documentation.
