The way the quests open up the story and change it is just amazing.
There are a lot of options to play for everybody.
And even if you don't focus on Charisma (the dialogue stat) you get additional ways of convincing other characters.
Just Save often and for the scummy even in conversation :P
The combat can feel difficult at first but don't be intimidated and if you have family or other things to take care of in RL there is always the story difficulty so you can enjoy the game the way you like it.
A great combat focussed RPG. Lots of replayability and the storyline is fairly interesting with enough divergence that it's worth playing again to see all the branches.
Only wish it natively supported a party of larger size. Annoying to have to juggle companions. Maybe the solution would have been to allow "bakckgrounding" of companions that travel with you so they can interact with the story where they need to but don't engage in the fight.
