It is VERY D&D. Same play but some getting use to the computer versus the board.

PRO: - Gameplay is great. Turn based combat system is basically the same of Divinity 2: Original Sin, nut adapted for D&D. - The game is enormous CONS (highly subjective I guess): - I didn't enjoy the cap level, cause... why? - I didn't particularly enjoy the story . They messed with the lore in a way that is pretty bad (don't know if this come from WotC or Larian). - Everybody is kinda obnoxious. The companions are mostly psychotic but you're supposed to believe most of them are good people and some of their personalities really don't match their history (see Karlach). Also, they should all be sort of epic level characters, yet somehow they find themselves with you with some lame explanation.

I'm giving it a 4 because the game is dang near perfect but every update, something breaks.

wish the game had better camera controls. cant look up or down. other then that, great game experience.

welcom reader to my review , fun game ,does require strong pc but worth it !, gameplay is fun,great music,great story,simple mechanics from 5e dnd rule set ,i prefer pathfinder 1.0 rules and mechanics but thats just personal preference.. i was a beta tester for bg3, and i must say that the quality is alot better now and more stable currently,not that it was terrible mind you, anyways cudos to the devs atleast they respect the customer! unlike other companies i could mention.. have a great day dearest reader!
