Saw it pop up on GOG and gave it a shot. This mod is awesome. Feels great, looks great. Give it a shot.

Najlepszy mod do Doom-a
Właściwie to nie mod a pełna konwersja. Znaczy mamy oryginalne bronie i potwory a świat wokół to rozpadające się resztki starego świata w stylu Fallout-a. Design poziomów jest bardzo dobry, grafika klimatyczna wiadomo to nadal hula na mocno przerobionym silniku od Doom-a więc jest mocno old-school-owo ale przynajmniej pójdzie też na antycznym sprzęcie. Muzyka jest boska, idealnie nadaje klimat. Co ciekawe Ashes 2063 ma nawet spoko fabułę. Jakbym miał się do czegoś przyczepić to jazda motocyklem przyprawia trochę problemów a wybór przeciwników nie jest największy. No ale nie zmienia to za bardzo radochy z grania. Z tego co widzę mamy tutaj tylko główną grę i jeden dodatek. Ashes dostały już jeszcze lepszy sequel Afterglow i kolejny dodatek dziejący się przed wydarzeniami oryginalnej gry - Hard Reset.

It's alright
Good that GOG keeps adding mods to games, this will make me more prone to get future games here. As for this mod? Is alright, takes a lot of inspiration from other post-apocalyptic media to create something unique, but the RPG elements can get quite boring and I really got tired of playing it when I reached that section where I'm just walking around talking to people, and backtracking, to talking to more people, and...

Absolute trash
Movement is terrible, like being on ice, even when not running, and the first thing the tutorial makes you do is platforming. Absurd. The motorbike handles terribly, but that could be excused as tradition in "DOS trash" games. However, the enemies constantly shouting over each other "found you - Found you -Found you", even behind walls, should give an idea how how bad this mod is.
