It's fun, but I can't zone out on the map, making planning a real pita. It's also clunky, with no remappable keys, nor anything like a quick reference. I don't want to have to click evenything like I'm actually braindead. It's fun tho, but the clunkiness wore me down after the first completed run, which was my second thankfully. Another loss or two afterwards, and i'm content with the value I got for the sale price. It's good, just needed some more UX help, and higher damage output, both sides, fights take a touch long.
I'm not great at reviewing stuff, but i'm 44 years old, been gaming since age 7 and the Nintendo Entertainment System. Migrated to PC at 14 and never really looked back. Number of games I have completed? IDK, maybe 10? I get distracted, lose interest, it becomes a chore, pick a reason, adhd? whatever it is, I rarely complete a game. I played this one to the end. I feel bad for how little I paid for it.
This game has given me hundreds of hours, so far. It may not be complete, but damn, I have yet to encounter it really. Aside from character creation, which is limited to presets thus far. Still, this is an awesome game, and well worth the couple dollars more being asked -when measured next to Doors of Trithius (which is also a great game btw)
