I just started playing, but one think I noticed straight away is the build menu requires a bit more mouse clicks than I'm used to. For instance, to build a treasury in Dungeons 2, one only had to push a couple of keys on the keyboard. Now all you can do with the keyboard is open the build menu, then you have to click the icon. It's a little bit annoying to me.
