Battle Chasers: Nightwar

Beautiful game, but very UNBALANCED!!!

Everything is done with great care and much love in this game. The graphics & animations are superb. The sound & music are spectacular. The narration and voice acting is all professional. Everything is done beautifully! The gameplay is addicting as all other games of this type. It has great loot, the ability to choose dungeon difficulty before entering, excellent turned-bases battles. Many different monsters to fight and great and tactical boss battles. Sounds great. Then you hit a wall! You get served, over and over again, losing all of precious hard earned gold! Gold is HARD to get in this game BTW... So you think you can just grind the monsters on the World Map like before, but guess what? They have all now scaled ABOVE your level, so expect to die a lot! Forget running from battles. You'll get killed before you can run! lol I was really enjoying this game. I don't mind grinding forever if I can, but once you get to a certain level, you're dead in the water! Not recommended unless you enjoy dying over & over, losing your hard earned gold every death! A word of advice: Don't advance too fast in this game before you level up your first 3 characters. Get them to level 12 before taking out the Cannon!!! There is no way to go back and grind otherwise! I think this game requires a lot of trial and error, with complete game restarts to know when to advance the storyline and at what levels your character should be before doing so. LAME!!!

The Shivah

Warning OS X Users!

This is an old Wine app and takes foreveeeeeeeer to load! The Wine app states it is updating the games files and to wait.... AND wait... AND wait... Finally the Wine client comes up and then it takes forever to run the game! After quitting, the window about updating the files is still there and never stops. I had to quit Wine and it messed up the game files the first few times. Not worth the hassle. I only paid $1 so it's not worth my time to refund. Maybe one day I'll try playing it again... Maybe... Hybrid Wars - Full Package

I Like It!

So far I like Hybrid Wars! It reminds me of a modern Mech Warrior. I can't see how people don't like this game? It has great graphics and sound. Missions are fun to play! The presentation isn't bad. It's a mech game and there still aren't that many out there. Not done this good! I am only rating 3 Stars right now because I can't install the DLC and I don't get MP options, but as a single-player game, I like it! I'm sure tech support will figure it out and even if they don't, for under $7 I'm not complaining! Fun game IMO!!! Runs silky smooth on my computer: Hardware Overview: Model Name: MacBookPro 11,5 (Mid 2015) Processor Name: Intel Core i7 Processor Speed: 2.8 GHz Number of Processors: 1 Total Number of Cores: 4 L2 Cache (per Core): 256 KB L3 Cache: 6 MB Memory: 16 GB Type: DDR3 Speed: 1600 MHz Video Card: AMD Radeon R9 M370X, VRAM 2048 MB Operating System: OS X El Capitan version 10.11.6 (64 bit OS)

Butcher

Bloody Good Time!!!

First, there is a Casual Mode with 400% to life, so Butcher can be played by just about anyone, but I advise playing on a harder difficulty. The game is so goriously brutal! Yes, I meant to say "Goriously!" lol This game has awesome gore and is very playable with the keyboard and mouse! In a nutshell, Butcher is like a 2D DOOM style game in the sense of all the gore and powerful weapons! It is super fun and has great controls! I have not tried a gamepad yet, as the keyboard and mouse work so well! I'll try later... There really is no need for anymore game details. If you like playing 2D platform type games with loads of gore and a lot of powerful weapons, you need to play this game! Don't deny yourself the fun! It runs super smooth on my computer. Dragon Lore: The Legend Begins

Nostalgic, but WAY too old-school!

This is way too old school even for an old fart like me! It was a slightly painful experience! lol 2 Stars because it work with my OS. Some games just need to be left to our memories! War for the Overworld

AAA Quality Game!!!

Easily a 5+ Star rated game! What a shot of nostalgia! I have to give the developers many KUDOS on such a masterful job on a superb presentation and AAA quality all around! Simply put, this game is a gigantic love letter to Dungeon Keeper with high quality sound, music, graphics, voice overs, fantastic tutorial, etc... Everything is done so well and it runs fantastic on OS X 10.11.6. Easy to play, hard to stop playing! The game is worth every penny! I purchased EVERYTHING!!! Time to slap some minions into submission! MUAHAHAHAHAH Again, BIG KUDOS to the developers!!! LotR 1 doesn't work with my current computer, but LotR 2 works (so far). I'll try LotR on an older computer to see if it works. LotR 3 works fine too! DEADBOLT

It's Okay...

Super hard!!! Zombies with guns kind of ruins it for me. I've seen this before, but the zombies should not be so alert and fast! They must be zombies from the remake movie of, "Dawn of the Dead!" lol I'm a firm believer that zombies get slower and less alert as they rot away! Can't use a pistol if your hand fly's off when you shoot it! lol Only recommended to people that love super hard games!
