Two Worlds is one of the best and most beautiful RPG games available to date IMO. Even today it shines above the rest! It is as ambitious and polished as Oblivion and has better features than any other RPG out there. The best feature IMO, is that you can stack the same kind of weapons and armor to increase their stats! I have not seen this done in any other game quite like this. It is a brilliant way to upgrade weapons and armor. You can also pay (in-game money) to get your stats reset in case you want to retry a different character build. It has tons of dungeons to explore, and many places to visit. They don't rehash textures so many places look different. Unlike Oblivion where every building and town looked the same! Many of the creatures you fight have different stats so be careful when taking down enemy fortresses! That one Orc with that cool armor is probably an officer or worse, a Chief! It's a full fledged RPG with ALL the bells & whistles! It is a HUGE open world to explore. Every time you level up you can feel yourself grow stronger. I has many types of creatures to fight and just feels like the game was made with A LOT of love! Skyrim might be better, but this game has features even than game doesn't have! I whole heartedly recommend this game to anyone looking for a HUGE open world RPG game that is simply one of the BEST IMO! It runs flawlessly on my Mac with maxed out settings. No crashes or hiccups! First, a HUGE TY to GOG for bringing such a great game to your site for us to enjoy again! Second, shame on you GOG for posting the incorrect OS X system requirements! This game works fine running under Apple OS X 10.6.8. No need to write a review. This game is seriously awesome and is unlike most RPG games you have played. As one reviewer said, it is much like an isometric (view) version of an Elder Scrolls game due to it massive open world environments and do anything anywhere approach! I enthusiastically recommend this game to all cRPG fans! Divine Divinity is quite an experience! Here are my system specs: Apple 15" PowerBook Pro, Intel Core 2 Duo 2.66 GHz, 4 MB system RAM, NVIDIA GeForce 9600M GT with 256MB dedicated video RAM, running OS X version 10.6.8 (10K549), HSF+ Extended file system. TY again GOG!!!
This is a perfect example of GOG's messed up OS requirements for Mac users. What "ARE" the minimum Mac OS requirements for this game GOG!!! Are they OS X 10.6.8, or OS X 10.7.x??? Come on GOG!!! Get it together! You're missing out on sales and I am missing out getting the get the DRM version of these games! I hate haveing to go to Steam to get these games!!! I would much rather buy these games here than from Steam! Please check your OS requirements!!! I have almost all the games you are claiming that only work with OS X 10.7.x. I even bought a game here that said it required OS X 10.7 and it works on OS X 10.6.8! Please, I am asking nice, check your OS X requirements! Please? I am not sure if you (GOG) post the OS requirements. Steam let's the dev's post the OS requirements, but I have noticed some game used to be OS X 10.6.8 compatible on your site and you have changed them to OS X 10.7.x. I assume you may have done this due to so many returns. I already sent a support ticket in, but have not gotten a response so I am post my complaint here... Since this is a perfect example of how hard us Mac user's have it purchasing game on GOG.
GOG does not rock! I know that this game states it work with OS X 10.6 down below the main OS system requirements, but I almost didn't buy it because you have OS X 10.7 as the main OS system requirements. What's up? GOG, you are missing out on a lot of Mac sales by listing the wrong OS system requirements! There are a lot of game I would buy here, but end up getting them on Steam because of your incorrect system requirements!!! A lot of the games you have listed as using OS X 10.7 I have already purchased from Steam and guess what? They work with OS X 10.6.8! Please check your game's system requirements or loose more sales... Just say'n!!! An very upset GOG customer!
I only played the demo off their site, but I have OS X 10.6.8. GOG, are you sure these OS X system requirements are correct? Your system requirements differ from a lot of other sites on various OS X games. Please make sure. I would like to purchase the game from GOG and not from Stream. :-) The demo was okay, but it seems pretty hard to get started... Don't take my word for it. Download the demo off of their site and try it for free first before buying it. Here are my iMac system specifications: Apple iMac 27", i5 Quad-Core Intel processor 3.1GHZ, AMD Radeon HD 6970M with 1GB dedicated video RAM, 4GB system RAM, 1TB hard drive running OS X version 10.6.8 (Snow Leopard), Journaled HFS+ Extended file system, Logitech optical USB mouse.
