The Excavation of Hob's Barrow

Normally I don't enjoy Point&Click Adv.

I finished my second session and played this game now for about 3 hours. And I enjoy it and grows more and more on me. The puzzles are fair, one need a bit of brain power, but not to much. You have to think, but it never gets frustrating. Also it's very good that there are only to interactions: look/describe and use/do - use can be 'use', can be 'give', can be 'combine' ... that makes it so easy to do things. The Village and the characters are well done, it even has voice acting, and the pixel style is charming. Worth the price and time.

Jagged Alliance 2

Comes with semi-working MacOS Wineskin

Wanted to play the original JA2, as I only played JA2:Wildfire before, great tactical game, but hard as balls. Surprisingly, which is currently not mentioned on the shop page, GOG provides a wineskin wrapper as download to play it on MacOS. The main *.app file didn't quite work. So I looked in the package contents (right click on the file) and found in the games-folder another *.app wrapper. This is the actual Wineskin-Wrapper. I moved it out of the original app file and then it works fine (Intel with maOS Mojave).

Star Trek™: Voyager - Elite Force

works on Intel MacOS with Wineskin

It's good to see low-poly Tuvok again. Exactly as I remember. Well may be a littler sharper and more highres, since then. Played through the first set of levels without troubles. Works out of the box without problems on Intel Macs when installed via Wineskin. Not tested on M1.
