I loved this small demo and I hope that the final product will respect the original game atmosphere. It has potential and thank God not anymore concrete like hands and the characters at least resembles human beings. I hope that there will a slight option to customize the Nameless Hero and that the remake will not diverge too much from the otiginal one. 4/5 because the prologue it was too short ahahah. It will be a possible wishlisted game and buy when it will come out.
I've started playing CP2077 before patch 2.0 and got hooked, but after the update hit, it was the rebirth in the game it was supposed to be. It has its problems (technical or not), but it's second into my game list of favourites. After BG3. The atmosphere, the gigs, the car driving gameplay, the hacking....everything it's something that I've missed in recent games. I also feel V is a fantastic character, usually I don't like voiced main characters, but this was done in a way that made myself being V and not playing a hollow voiced main character or just witnessing that main character doing stuff. Combat gameplay it's good, I am not an expert on how a stellar combat gameplay should be, but I enjoy it and it's easy to create your own character with the levelling system and I can actually play a stealth sniper V or a bruiser V type of character, depending on how I want to go through the story and the missions. The story. I haven't played through the whole plot of the base game and PL, but for what I've seen there's a lot of good stories being told in this game and there's a couple that I always play no matter the character, because they are just too well written to be skipped. I would've loved more side quest with your Love Interest or the possibility to have those people you meet like Panam available to help you in gigs and such, especially Love Interests. Overall, I am satisfied and I can't wait to get to continue my Vs journey. Absolutely recommended.
