The game does not have any manual save feature. Nor does the game save on quit. It explicitly tells you that you will lose progress, when you try to quit, and yet no option to save. The game only autosaves at the end of each chapter. We can rewind time upto 14 "heartbeats". This means that we can block/dodge attacks by rewinding time. Unfortunately, some attacks happen at the edges of these heartbeats, meaning there's no way we can defend or avoid those. Also, I've noticed that enemies don't act the same way they did once we rewind time. For example, if I fell a tree on a group, the enemies under it will die. But when I rewind time to pick action for second character (you can't select actions for both characters at once), the enemies will act differently even if my second character picked no action that round. Yes, this game frustrated me a lot. But still, it's fun at times.
It is fun, but grindy at times, especially when you need 10+ resources from more than three locations to solve a quest. And many quests are like this in late game. Because of this, it feels like you are more of a merchant than a hero. Combat goes like this - every enemy needs some resources to defeat, usually a weapon skill, the weapon itself, a healing potion/antidote/poison, a torch and some amount of strength. If you have those, you just click on the enemy. That's it. Otherwise you can't even attempt to fight the enemy. Above mentioned things actually work in making the game interesting, since we have to think about how to manage the resources, and how to obtain more resources if we need them.
